Customer service is very satisfactory,There is a bar downstairs, which is a little noisy at night.

The staff are amazing.

Quiet neighborhood, clean and close to amenities like supermarkets and banks. Staff are courteous and very approachable. They show excellent understanding of the business needs of clients, like extending checkout time to meet travel needs. Will certainly recommend to other and intend to stay there again

It's an old property needing a renovation. The pics definitely didn't match what I found at the premises. I would have checked out if I had not paid in advance

Lacks maintenance

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom shower was leaky and needed to be fixed to run properly.

Nice

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The Manager, a slim young man, maybe in his 40s (I can't remember his name) was unimaginably so rude. He asked me to leave his hotel with immediate effect, when they could not (out of their own negligence) trace my payment from Expedia. When they eventually traced it, he couldnt even say a word of sorry.

Generally, service was satisfactory. There was however challenges with the internet due to some civil works within the district hence my overall rating however the team made efforts to manage my expectations.

Hotel is centrally located in Abuja Wuse district close to EFCC office and many other hotels. The hotel is about average but need improvement in water pressure and Wifi connection.
