Clean rooms, excellent staff, great breakfast! I already have another reservation

Clean Room / good staff / good location

Room was adequate but toilet was lacking. Breakfast was lacking with very bad coffee. Wi-Fi did not work on my second day stay .I left my prepaid room to stay at different hotel so I could make my WiFi phone calls necessary. Paid two nights, stayed one.

La atención y habitación estuvieron bien pero en especificación pone que tienen Parqueo incluido pero el Parqueo está a dos cuadras y cobran $12,50 por día adicional

It is a nice place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The people who works there are very friendly and efficient. For what I am thankful, and I will go back to stay in the hotel El Conquistador.

Super excited

Although the location is great, the hotel needs attention. I am not sure if the staff are overworked but they were nice some days and some others no so much. The offer a safety box in the room but there was nothing secure about it, anybody can easily walk away with the whole thing. I would not stay again.

SE DEMORARON 1 HORA EN EL CHECK IN YA QUE AÚN NO TENÍAN DISPONIBLE LA HABITACIÓN. Y CUANDO ME DAN LA HABITACIÓN NO ERA LA QUE HABÍA RESERVADO. LA RECEPCIONISTA SE EXCUSO CON QUE ELLA NO SE ENCARGO DE LA RESERVA Y QUE YA TENÍAN VENDIDO TODO EL HOTEL. ANTE MI INCONFORMIDAD ME ASIGNÓ OTRA HABITACIÓN CON LAS CARACTERISTICAS QUE HABIA RESERVADO.

Me agradó mucho el trato y hospitalidad de todo el personal. Sus habitaciones bien mantenidas y que no son frías. Su ubicación es privilegiada. Espero que sigan manteniéndose y reforzando su infraestructura!

Una suite delux in foto che sembra accogliente e con vasca jacuzzi come nuova o tenuta bene e invece trovi arredi vecchi, bagno con evidenti macchie nel piatto doccia (sembra sporco)jacuzzi rotta.Letto scomodo. Colazione ristretta e zero attenzione al cliente o quasi. Da rimodernare assolutamente e attenzione al cliente da migliorare !Delusione immensa!
