There was no hot water in the mornings.

The worse internet I ever encountered in any hotel or country I visited in Africa. If you are looking for a place to stay and disconnect from the rest of the world this is the right place for you. Connection keeps lagging every 23-30 seconds.

I was given a room below the gym which was terrible as there was banging noise from 6am onwards. Also the hotel didn’t have hot water which is sun optimal for a business hotel. Substandard hotel, do not stay.

Unfortunately the showers never had hot water. Staff were not good at communication. Breakfast was less than adequate, but location was great. Hotel needs upgrading

This hotel staff here are very proud of their hotel (now the Onomo brand) and were responsive to our queries which were very few. It is conveniently located in downtown, close to many banks and other major institutions allowing for easy movement. Excellent Gym; Pool is small but clean. Our only issue was the internet per device which frustrated us from time to time as we logged in after a long drive from Nairobi unaware of the rules, which was frustrating. Good breakfast spread. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Good value for money.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and restaurant was good. Gym was well equipped for a hotel gym and clean. Good value for the price. Would stay here again.

I had a great stay at the Ramada Encore. The staff are absolutely fantastic! Friendly and helpful.

Great modern new hotel. Staff are super friendly and the food in the sky bar was the best in Dar Es Salaam. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Pool on the 6th floor is also a great welcome from the heat. Ferry is also a 5 min ride. Great location

AC is disabled once the key is removed Buffet very limited for both breakfast and lunch

The hotel is new and well located in a good aerea the service was perfect the room was very clean i want to recommend for it.

The service in the restaurant really is the only thing that let's this hotel down. I twice went there and sat outside with clients and each time staff walked past inside and looked through the window but just ignored us. After 20 minutes I had to get up to get service. The 2nd time i was there on my own sitting in the shade. It took so long the sun moved round to the table. As I got up to move they finally asked if I wanted anything by which time I had had enough. This is not an isolated incident. I have stayed there many times and it is only the service from the restaurant that let's it down. The bell boys are great and so helpful Reception staff and housekeeping good. Nice rooms. good location. The food and beverage manager really needs to get his act together

The Ramada Encore was my first point of contact when arriving in Dar Es Salaam. The staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, extraordinarily helpful and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I will always return to Ramada Encore when in Dar and give them my highest recommendation!

Shower drain smelled fouled. Gym equipment malfunctioning. Food and bed were amazing.
