It’s good for its price, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is not a luxury but it’s very comfy and has all of the accommodations including the kettle with the tea, blow dryer, toothbrush with a toothpaste, flippers, and of course anything that is supposed to be included.

Great place, wonderful breakfast hall & food. Somewhat walkable to some sights.

Friendly staff who spoke good English and very large and comfortable room. Shower was a bit broken and there weren't enough pulg sockets. But it was well equipped otherwise with a fridge, kettle and the air con and WiFi worked well. We also got two complimentary bottles of water and they provided toothbrushes (if you needed them) and robes.

Good place to stay while in Bishkek. Clean room and bathroom with AC and wifi. Breakfast was also really good. Front reception was very professional.

The room was small but clean and adequate except there was no hot water.

Good location. Superb front desk staff, especially Sanjar who helped me find the western bus station and purchased a bus ticket to Almaty. Breakfast selection was decent. Areas of improvement are: 1. Outlet location in the room #2. The road in front of the hotel has deep potholes and full of dirty water after the rain. It was challenging to walk to the main street

Easy access to center of city. Clean and comfortable facility with great breakfast. Staff friendly, room big and comfortable. Can't ask for much more.

Property is in walking distance of many of the sites in Bishkek. Front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was included.

This little gem of a hotel is located within walking distance of Bishkek's main sights. The rooms are warm and cozy and the breakfasts are perfect but the real asset to the establishment is the hotel staff - upon request I was given an extra duvet to keep warm at night and the reception also arranged for me a free transfer to the airport on check out. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean but too quiet and no dinner is available. In the winter it is difficult to walk to another restaurant for a meal.

perfect stay

Rooms were very clean, but slightly cold at night in February. The location is not the best the roads between the hotel and the main streets are muddy and the sidewalks are old.

This is a decent hotel which is relatively new. The room and bathroom were clean. The temperature of the room for January time was warm and nice. The immediate surrounding area is quiet but within walking distance to good restaurants and shops. There is free tea and coffee facility in the restaurant area of the hotel which is useful. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The manager and staff are friendly and proactively ensured that I was happy during my stay. Overall my stay was brilliant.

Very clean, good bathroom and quite comfortable bed. Air-conditioning was poor and wifi was not accessible from the room. Hotel is located walking distance from city center, but in a back street. Very friendly staff and transport from and to the airport provided free of charge.
