Rooms are dirty and not functional. We paid for ocean view and got a building view. Our shower would shut off when you put the hot water on, sink was broken, tv didn’t work. Manager yunior tries to sell you vacationpackage and when you refuse he is so rude and disrespects you and storms off. Cheapest alcohol ever and awful quality food and drinks. I would NEVER stay or come here again. Lol save your money. The only good thing was our sweet housekeeper who was so sweet and helped us get comfortable and made sure our new room had everything we needed.

Great views and overall amazing views of the Caribbean Sea.

The exterior was well kept up. The standard rooms were old and dated...but very clean. The entertainment team was really good, but the front staff wad just OK. Communication wirh the resort was great. Nice little shopping area there. Food was just OK. PrIce was good though, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back for the value. View of the cruise ships was awesome.

Family trip of 5. We had such an amazing time. Easy check-in. The service was great, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very tasty. Would recommend!

Very poor food quality.

The beach has an undertow with red flags. But just around the corner where the cruise ships go to dock there’s a private beach for the resort with calm swimmable water, loungers, shade drinks etc. The buffet food is varied and good. The a la carte restaurants are not worth the effort to book. Our room was renovated and lovely.

The bracelets were too thick and bothered everyone. No elevators in the apartment buildings inconvenient for a stroller. The bed frame had mold probably from the humidity. The light fixtures were all burnt on the edges. Power went out often. The shower drain had a bad smell coming from the pipes. We were told you could only have two reservations per week and reservations stop being taken on thursdays and we arrived saturday so that was insane and ridiculous. The restaurants were average, food quality was a 4/10 buffet was good but nothing was seasoned at all. Drinks were average, pina coladas were almost always not slushed which defeats the purpose. Waitors did not come around the pool the first three days we were there which was weird. Coffee shop was dated and did not have anything tasty pastry wise or was it appealing to pick from in the case. Entertainment at the pool was rare and not fun. The shops were nice and fairly priced.

Perfect hotel, however, the food overall needs a huge overall. Not tasty at all

No es un hotel 5 estrellas, a lo sumo 3 estrellas. No tiene areas de estar ni suficientes bares cubiertos para estar cómodos y de 7 dias llovió 6. Los shows son al aire libre y como llovía los hacían en un cuartito en el lobby que era utilizado para vender excursiones a los huéspedes, donde las personas no caben. La comida es repetitiva en el buffet, la calidad de las carnes es inferior y dura, casi toda carne la sobre cocinan incluyendo el atún o pescado que te lo servían como suela de zapato. Se enfocan demasiado en vender tiempo compartido y no se enfocan en la mayoría de los huéspedes que los visitan. Necesita mas espacios bajo techo cómodos y que la gente pueda disfrutar ya que el poco espacio existente en el lobby es para fumadores y el olor no es bueno para los que no fumamos. La limpieza de la piscina no es buena. Tal parece que no la limpian diariamente, tampoco tienen personas pasando pir la piscina ofreciendo servir bebidas o refrigerios, hay que ir todo el tiempo a buscarlos. En realidad no se siente como vacaciones reales. El TV se dañaba a menudo y la luz se va constantemente, nuestra primera noche se fue 8 veces.

Great time

Happy overall! A very nice spot. Only disappointment was that we were limited to only two reservations at the a la carte restaurants during our 7 day stay at the resort. There were three restaurants so we couldn’t even try each one once, the resort claimed this was so that all guests could have a chance to dine at the restaurants, but every time we went to a restaurant not all the tables were full. This is not usual for an all-inclusive, the standard is typically unlimited reservations or that you are able to get a table without a reservation if space allows, and at least try all restaurants once each.

Facility is being renovated but overall good for the price

For being my first tine was a little nervous, but all of that went away. Great staff great variety of food and always great communication loved it.
