not too fancy bur very nice and well located. took too long for reception to find my booking and check me in, but staff courteous and helped me print a document in a timely manner.

Very good staff clean room good breck fast

An enjoyable stay with a small shopping mall in 150 meters from the hotel with a large supermarket and money exchange. A great start for a round trip Kenya and Tanzania. For food and good atmosphere you myst try Nairobi Kitchen, various origins of street food and really delicious choices!

God lokasjon og lett å komme seg til og fra, med en Carrefour rett oppi gata. Ok frokost, veldig behagelig med takterrasse og basseng på taket med god utsikt.

Paris was a great hostess every morning at breakfast. Other staff members were also very helpful during my stay. As an amputee i would like to have more available accessible options in the washroom and showers.

I stayed 1 week here , everything was perfect ..Staff are amazing, the food at the bar was tasty 😋 thanks to the chef (i think his Indian because food takes me back to India hhh). The hotel location are perfect close to most of the things .

Séjour excellent,chambre spacieuse et propre,petit déjeuner excellent personnel très gentil et serviable seul soucis au moment de payer le lavage de mon linge,j’avais une note légèrement plus élevée car consommation au bar alors que je n’avais rien consommé,après discussion ça s’est arrangé favorablement

Siisti huone ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Meillä oli mukava yöpyminen. Aamiaisella oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Uima-altaan vesi oli kylmää, joten siinä kävimme vain nopean pulahduksen.

Our stay at the Golden Tulip Nairobi was Great! Loved the rooftop with pool and bar! A must stay indeed!

Great Staff, first room we were allocated, the air-conditioning was a bit noisy and the curtains didn’t close fully. The staff are very helpful and changed our room to a different one where everything worked great 👍
