Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.

Exceptional hotel, will 100% be back

The front desk reception was very pleasant and professional, same at checkout. The room was clean and comfortable. The valet staff in front were nice guys. Great entry to Abidjan. Flew in biz class from US, Seen Hotel was a relaxing and secure wind down in ABJ.

Nice staff and good breakfasts. The location is also very central.

Clean, quiet and well located.

A non existing terrasse since several month, expansive restaurant, optimized room with bathroom and toilets next to your Bed, this hotel is not worth the price they are asking for.

Hôtel pas a la hauteur. Staff très sympa mais ne transmet pas les informations (blanchisserie, espace extérieur en rénovation et non accessible...). Carte room service tres réduite et avec en plus beaucoup de manquants (2 plats sur 4!).

My stay was OK. The rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and ready to assist. The last night of my stay, the water pipe in the room opposite mine burst and water filled all rooms nearby, we were re allocated to other rooms

C est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles il y a beaucoup trop de manquement, niveau hygiène les serviettes de bains son ternes meme pas blanche, nous avons rien dans la salle de bain por poser notre gant de toilette ou notre gel douche, pas de cloisons dans les toilettes 🚻 merci sans compter les cafards. Je reviendrais plus dans cette hôtel. Par contre je tiens a remercié Angele a là réception, victor a la restauration. Car grace a eu j ai comme même fini mon sejour car je voulais quitter l hotel avec mon compagnon.
