房间很大，干净整洁。大阳台，漂亮的海景，中餐厅不错。二楼露台有个大游泳池，值得尝试。地理位置不错，距离机场15分钟

中國式飯店，馬桶堵塞不通，過一個馬路才到海灘，但是海灘很髒亂

1.外观豪华，水池漂亮，但是与海滩隔一条马路 2.房间面积超大即使是最便宜房间，但是阳台略小 3.整体比较干净，浴室很大，马桶也大，有牙刷牙膏，抽纸放在卫生间或许更方便 4.泳池很大很好，有健身房方便 5.前台服务快速，态度好，旁边就有一个大型超市 6.最不满意的是餐厅，自助早餐还行，中餐厅晚餐，用餐中很难找到服务员，有个面很难吃

good sea view, kind staffs, complete rooms, problem is the restaurant, the breakfast does not have enough hot foods, the staff doesn't make the table in time, the seafood in Chinese restaurant sometimes not fresh, the hairtail i ate was smelly and made me diarrhea four time in one day

Our refrigerator never worked. Extra towels were requested but not delivered. An omelette was ordered but never received. The hotel bar and restaurant’s hours were??? Saturday night at 9 pm and both were closed. The tall doorman went above and beyond and the room and grounds were very well kept.

There was an error with our reservation. The bathroom stalks often didn’t have toilet paper. No Smoking policy was not enforced in the lobby. Staff issues: We asked for towels twice; we never got them. We asked for an early bag breakfast since we were leaving before breakfast was served. Staff said “No problem.” It turns out, that person didn’t even contact the kitchen. The next staff member was helpful by calling the kitchen and confirming an early breakfast would not be possible. The grounds were well kept.

Rooms was very clean. Great hotel

Rooms are big and clean and views of ocean beautiful, but hotel is huge and soulless, like being in a marble factory, with slow service, poor conference support, strange smell from some air-conditioning, and a seedy strip club in the basement with the clientele that that brings.

As instalações são suntuosas, o quarto é espaçoso e a vista é bonita. Mas... O colchão é duro. A limpeza é bem questionável, o carpete está manchado e não é bem aspirado. Encontrei uma barata (pequena) na minha cama. A comida é ruim e suspeitável. A TV não funcionava, mas nem me preocupei em reclamar. Alguns andares são para fumantes mas mesmo nos para não-fumantes sente-se o cheiro de cigarro

Hotel bonito, mas serviço ruim. Odor de cigarro por todo o estabelecimento. Pessoas fumando dentro do elevador. Atendimento desleixado. Sala de ginástica em condições ruins com equipamentos sem manutenção. Café da manhã não estava disponível no horário.

Fully Chinese hotel that seems like it was nice when built but hasn’t been maintained and corners were cut throughout. Cigarette smoke from other rooms drifted into my room at night which was uncomfortable, all gym equipment was broken, and the room was missing important furniture. No patio items despite a nice patio, only two pillows on king bed with old hard mattress. The good things were that the wifi worked well and the pool was big and cool. It was also nice to be so close tot he conference centre. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was fine to sleep and get some work done.

Loved breakfast options. Only two issues, internet speed has been improved a lot, but consistency is the problem. No movie channels is the other problem.

I stayed for 5 nights and the internet was very poor and the TV was very old with virtually no entertainment. The meals were also not to the international standards. The hotel is well built and has good interior decor but I was very disappointed with these 3 things internet, food and entertainment

Clean rooms with Indian Ocean view. This is my fifth stay here and they really improved the breakfast but there is always room to grow. I wanted to book a safari tour but really couldn’t find a staff who can book me a tour. There should be a tour desk at the hotel. The restaurant and front desk staff are always very friendly and that’s one of the reasons I keep coming back to this hotel. Overall very good experience.
