Room was clean and staff was helpful and courteous.

Buena opción precio-calidad para estancias previas o posteriores a vuelos desde el aeropuerto de Entebbe. La habitación es amplia, dispone de nevera, tv con pocos canales, a/c y ventilador. La ducha correcta. Nos cobraron 10$ por el traslado al aeropuerto, en taxi, que está a unos 15 minutos. La cena fue correcta, aunque el comedor y el servicio es muy sencillo.

The room was clean, the staff was very curteous and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a good impression. The location was convenient, being close to the airport, and the food was decent. However, the air conditioning didn’t work very well, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable, though still acceptable for a short stay. The airport shuttle was punctual and reliable, which was a nice bonus.

They shuttled me to and from the airport for my quick overnight before a connecting flight. A good value option for connecting travelers.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it is an excellent choice. It is close to the airport. Transportation from the airport to the hotel is included. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. A made-to-order breakfast was also included. The rates are reasonable and the staff efficient and professional. We are frequent travelers to Uganda and will choose to stay here again.

Quite and the staffs were polite

We stayed here last 2024 and enjoyed our stay. It was clean and good. This time, there was black mold all over our restroom (which is dangerous and we are allergic to) and there were also several areas where large amounts of ants were swarming into our room through the outside and the window. We had to leave early and didn't even finish our stay.

As others say, a little dated but it has what you need. We had to ask for hot water in the shower. They arranged a good shuttle to take us to the airport at 3 am, it showed up exactly on time. Bed was comfortable. We didn't get to try the breakfast.

The staff were great and friendly

So sweet family business! I booked the last minute and only stayed for one night . They really helped me out going so far as arranging two braiders to come fix my hair and nails in my room before rushing off to the event i was headed to. Room was neat and modest just what i needed for the price it was worth it to top it off they picked me up from the airport for free.

Stayed one night. Good place with clean room and A/C that worked well. Would stay again.

Nice room, plenty of hot water, great breakfast and wonderful staff

The staff here is very friendly and attentive. I love the fact that there is AC and a fridge in the rooms! The condition of the hotel is worn out and the room, at least the one i was in, is in pretty rough shape.

The airport pickup was very convenient but the rooms could use some updating.

The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD. Trying to find the place, we finally got at the Hotel around 2:30 am. Even the phone number provided weren’t working. Other than that, the hotel is very good and highly recommended.

Property was very clean and comfortable. It was also very old and needed updated in the toilet areas and amenities.

Staff were very welcoming and helped me a lot when i realsed i had a problem that was nothing to do with hotel. They were very kind and supportive. I checked in at midnight, no marked vehicke as shown on web site to pick me which was umportant to me as a solo visitor arriving late at night. Downside was that i eventually realised that there was no key to my room so had to have breakfast in room but lock was changed about 9am and i was given the key. Person who showed me to my room was good enough to admit she made a mistake to give me the room but she didnt know there was no key until i asked where it was. Room itself was good.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They made my stay very enjoyable. I also enjoyed my breakfast daily!
