The hotel needs a free shuttle. Kigali is too expensive for cab. 30 dollars a ride. The hotel is good price definitely needs to provide a free shuttle to the airport and back.

Airport shuttle was very easy to find, comfortable and smooth drive. Breakfast was great.

Staff were friendly and nice

Our stay at Park Inn Kigali was truly outstanding. The service was excellent from start to finish — room service was prompt, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. The entire staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The restaurant was another highlight; the food was absolutely delicious, with great variety and quality that exceeded our expectations. Every meal felt like a treat. Very clean room and good WiFi so i could work. We had such a wonderful experience that this has easily become our new favorite hotel in Kigali. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

We loved our stay at Park Inn. The highlight was how friendly, kind and welcoming all the staff are. Park Inn is lucky to have such amazing staff that made our stay so wonderful. This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson. The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast. We highly recommend staying here. We only wish we had more time to explore Kigali and Rwanda as we only had one night here. Thank you to all the staff!

Everything was amazing, very clean, friendly and professional, the atmosphere and restaurant was also really well, and the food was good to, we stared during Valentines day and the restaurant held a very nice themed night, the food was delicious and the music and decor just as amazing, I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be staying again.
