awesome, loved it. my kids did not want to leave. The service and cleaning were exceptional, thank you Priya.

We had a really nice stay for 5 nights.Travelled with 2 kids (5 &11).The place is guarded and quiet, modern and clean. House is really well equipped, the only minus is - no air-con in the living room area. Pool is decent sized and clean and also garden is well maintained. Thanks for everything and I would definitely recommend to friends and I hope to be there soon again:)

Struttura moderna, appena un poco degradata rispetto ad altra coeva nello stesso residence, in precedenza utilizzata: il condizionatore di una camera era non funzionante (mancanza di gas), un altro in camera grande era rumoroso (filtri intasati), lampadina fulminata in veranda e così via: tutto aggiustato il giorno seguente. Villa molto pulita, a conferma del vero punto di forza: l'addetta Mrs. Pryia é stata nuovamente cortesissima, disponibile, capace, un vero punto di forza del tutto. Il soggiorno è stato però rovinato dagli incessanti rumori provenienti dalla villa contigua: colpi di martello, uso del trapano percussore e soprattutto l'utilizzo, insistente e senza tregua, del flessibile per tagliare metalli, fastidiosissimo e tale da rendere difficile persino la conversazione, senza parlare del disturbo ad ogni tranquillità. Abbiamo chiesto l'intervento del responsabile della gestione Mr. Ayai, senza alcun risultato.

Two friends and I stayed at the villa in July 2017. Overall it was fine. Not the best location but not bad. The villa was immaculate and felt new but we had some trouble with the quality. A toilet broke twice, like fell off the wall broke (the manager was prompt to respond, they came and fixed and then it broke again 2 days later). The security guards were kind, funny and helpful, as was the cleaning lady. The communication with the reservations/sales specialist was prompt and helpful as well. No issues with the staff. Rooms are air-conditioned with plenty of closet space. Wifi was fine. We felt the villa was overpriced for our experience. If we were to return we'd likely pick a different spot.

Internet connectivity was slow though. Fridge ice distributor didn't work. The frying pans provided were so sticky and it was a struggle to make eggs dishes in the morning. Toilet rolls wasn't included as part of the housekeeping. Parking area in front should be roofed. The street leading to the villa was in a poor state. The pool was well maintained. Amenities provided was sufficient. Household items, equipment and furniture were in a good state overall.
