Everything was very clean and staff was very attentive.

Beautiful hotel with rooftop restaurant and pool that overlook the Preserve. Short 5 minute drive to the Nairobi Airport. Shuttle is complimentary to/from airport. Can be booked for a fee to take you into town. Has a 24 hour restaurant on ground floor with amazing food!

Rooftop restaurant

Located right at the airport, clean, modern, a rooftop pool and bar and grill are a treat. Friendly staff and the restaurants serve a variety of foods. Include the breakfast in your price when booking, well worth it.

I only spent one night, but staff helpfully picked me up from the airport and that night was very comfortable.

The security here is intense, but once through all is good. Service is awesome and staff is engaging, well trained. The 5th floor restaurant is very good as well. I was most impressed with the gym/spa. I wish they had better grounds, but hey...it's a high end airport hotel.

The entire staff were friendly, smiling and polite. The food was delicious!

The best and closest hotel to the Nairobi airport. The hotel staff actually made sure my name was on a signboard for the shuttle and that as soon as I reached out to the driver I was immediately taken to the hotel and did not have to wait for other passengers.

Staff were excellent. Room 213 was noisy with phones and answering machines ringing next door all night! Bathroom shower flooded the bathroom with water as no divider so had wet feet sitting on the toilet and floors were very dangerously slippery.

Due to flight change arrived very early (8.30am) but was able to access my room for a $50 charge. Nice pool and (small) gym area, great range of breakfast options. Only complaint was that the Laundry service is on the pricier end and was not returned on time and needed phone calls to cause so my departure was not delayed

Good stay after long flight friendly staff

I really enjoyed the hotel. Both restaurants had great food and service. I didn’t get to go out and explore around Nairobi, but the room was very comfortable.
