It’s very dirty

The white guy in the front desk is terrible. He won’t answer the telephone and when he answer he talks very rude

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a good location for the metro and the centre of Tblisi. The bedroom was very spacious with plenty of storage space and the bathroom was large and modern.

New in 2018, this is a first class hotel. A little way from the centre, but a short walk from local transport, it's in a busy area of small, local shops. The hotel does everything very well, from the always-welcoming staff to the comfortable, good-sized rooms, the excellent shower rooms, good breakfasts and excellent wi-fi. As it's new, everything is in pristine condition and is kept spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Very clean. Good breakfast. Make sure you know if you reserved or paid in advance. They had trouble during the night shift when I checked out to confirm that I paid in advance. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is up and coming area - with FABRIKA very close by. At 54 US this is a great deal! The design matches the name.... very opulent and golden...

Super friendly staff. Really exceptional. Early check in was not a problem. Breakfast buffet was also nice. Like at many hotels, the night staff does not always understand when a room is pre paid. So at check out it took ten minutes to clear that up.i recommend to alsways to a screen shot of booking so you can easily proof your claim. Area is up and coming with FABRIKA only a few blocks away.

The room was good, the staff was always available and friendly. The location is good, plenty of places around.

暖房が入らない。 セイフティボックスが正常に動作しなかった。 アイパッドからEメール送信が出来なかった。 ホテルは原因が分からず、 正常に動作していると主張。 他のホテル、レストランでは全てメール送信が出来た。 部屋のキーが作動しなく、 再度、キーデータの書き込みしてもらった。 スタッフの対応が悪い。

Nice and very clean hotel. The staff at the hotel was super friendly, they where helpful and always friendly.

فندق جديد ممتاز قريب لميدان الحرية وليس عليه وبذلك فهو هادئ جدا

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで良い雰囲気した。 部屋も広く清潔感があり新しく申し分ないです。 唯一のマイナスは、チェックイン時に精算済みの ホテル代を請求されました。 予約確認書を見せてOKでしたが、データをしっかり管理してほしい。
