Everything very enjoyable. Service is great; Rcardo Amores at the front desk was especially helpful and Mr. Reinaldo Cardenas at the restaurant was so kind and focused in every detail. Food is very good too.

This hotel is beautiful, traditional Spanish style. There is a feeling of stepping back in time with its traditional and quaint decor. Some of the staff is bilingual Spanish English. I speak English, so it made things easier.

This was such a beautiful property from inside decorations to outside garden. They had great breakfast selections, provided airport shuttle and staff was very nice and helpful. I stayed one night for my morning flight.

Best stay by quito airport and I've tried many. sauna, steam room, hot tub, heated pool, great staff, clean, nature all around, free pickup/breakfeast, cant beat it.

I like my stay at the Rincon, felt a little isolated, not much to do around the property.

Very peaceful and relaxing

I can't say too much about this property because I was there less than 12hrs. But the staff were EXCELLENT and kindly made my party all take-away breakfasts because we were leaving too early for the free buffet. That alone made my stay!

Everything about this hotel was exactly as pictured and described. We stayed in a townhouse room which was very spacious. The decor was very charming, beds were comfy, and the bathrooms are beautifully appointed. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! The food was nicely prepared and we even received to go breakfast boxes for our 12:40am departure. Excellent value and service.

Super friendly staff. Clean and elegant spaces. Nice pool and gym plus pool and foosball tables. The service was excellent and we enjoyed exploring the nooks and crannies of the property

Beautiful place with an landscaping extremely nice and old Spanish construction with beautiful details. Only small inconvenience is this splendor is located in a residential area pretty local and nothing to do around. Restaurant food is good but with American prices. They offer shuttle for free and is very recommended for people's coming or go as a transitory place.

We stayed at Rincón de Puembo on our way to the Galápagos and again when we returned. I highly recommend this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the food is amazing (have the cold shrimp in a chilled soup), and the service is outstanding. We ate at both restaurants but El Grill with outdoor seating was my favorite. The rooms are nicely done. The woman that checked us in Monday Jan 21 around 7:30pm was so very helpful and she was there to help us again when we returned on the 29th. She made sure there was a van to pick us up in Quito, another to take us to airport the next morning for the islands, another when we returned from the Galápagos and once again when we left to go back to the airport in Quito. Everything went as planned. If I'm lucky enough to return, I will stay at Hotel Rincón de Puembo.

Very charming, unique hotel. Family-friendly with heated outdoor pool, small jungle gym, green spaces, and large rooms with multiple beds and crib option. About 20 mins from the airport so closer than Quito. Cute town for walking around. Would definitely stay again.
