The room was spotless, the staff so nice, warm and welcoming, and the food 10/10.

Quite worn Down hotel close to the city. Does not seem like a 5* hotel.

Not a 5 star property, staff not very friendly, holes in the walls in the room, rooms not clean mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, air con not working, cot bed collapsed when sat on, not worth staying here

This hotel was exceptional on many levels:Its beautiful and in a great location for walking along the riverside into the center. It is an elegant, well appointed hotel but it is also road traveler friendly, so casual dress is fine. The Spa experience was magnificent and we both had excellent massages. The breakfast was superb. Highly Recommend.

Parking was valet style, very easy. Breakfast was not included.

I chose Hotel Park in Skopje for its location and solid reviews, but overall our experience was disappointing. On our first night we were given the wrong room. When we tried to enter, someone was already inside and the chain lock stopped us. It was uncomfortable for everyone involved. Reception upgraded us after we reported it, which we appreciated, but this should not happen. The most serious issue was housekeeping removing a bag of my girlfriend’s personal belongings worth $200–300. We waited 20–30 minutes while management was contacted before the bag was returned. We were told it was mistaken for trash, which made little sense. It was stressful and unacceptable. After housekeeping serviced the room, sparkling drinks in the refrigerator had exploded. Cleaning was inconsistent and items like coffee and tea were not always replenished. Valet service was also concerning. An employee moved items inside the car and reset the odometer. When using valet, you expect your vehicle to remain untouched beyond parking. There was a general sense of disorganization at the front desk that did not inspire confidence. Positives: excellent location, beautiful river view, and a well-equipped gym. Given the repeated operational issues and stress caused, I was not impressed. The hotel has potential, but management needs significant improvement. I will return to Skopje, but I will stay elsewhere next time.

Room not as promised. No parking available (selfparking stated in app) Receptionist was not helpful.

La camera era bella spaziosa. Lo slot dove si inserisce la chiave era difettoso e serve per dare elettricità alla stanza e più volte ho perso tempo per farla funzionare La stanza era molto ordinata,comoda e pulita ma il secondo giorno nonostante il cartello appeso fuori che chiedeva di rassettare la stanza purtroppo non è stata mai messa in ordine. La spa molto carina ma l acqua della piscina era molto fredda(probabilmente perchè era stata cambiata l acqua e non c è stato il tempo necessario per riscaldarsi) Putroppo quando siamo scesi il secondo giorno per accedere alla SPA siamo stati rifiutati perchè il sabato normalmente è soldout e abbiamo dovuto prenotare per il giorno dopo. Tutto lo staff è veramente molto cordiale. La colazione è la classica internazionale ma mancano elementi essenziali come le uova fritte che se volete si pagano extra. Dispongono di un servizio navetta per l aeroporto ad un costo a partire da 25€ In hotel fanno anche il cambio valuta
