This is one of the best place in Muscat. I stayed here few times during family visit to Muscat. The location is convenient, stuffs are amazing. Specially I should mentioned the house keeping stuff been great and also there is stuff name “Shiva” who helped me with baby cribs and other request. I stayed here multiple times already and I will again choose this one when I revisit Muscat

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The spread was lavish, with a wide array of choices from continental classics to local delicacies. Each dish was prepared with the freshest ingredients and bursting with flavour. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They are attentive, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. I must give special recognition to Adam at the front desk, whose warm smile and efficient service made check-in and check-out a breeze. He was always available to answer questions and provide helpful recommendations. Additionally, the cleaning team, especially Sathish, deserves high praise for maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel and our room. The Radisson Hotel Muscat Panorama is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience that will leave you feeling pampered and refreshed.

Nice / clean room but small not enough space for a family of 4 peoples should provide 2 rooms.

The hotel needs to cut down on water plastic bottles and introduce reusable glass bottles. Similarly they need to rethink about plastic trash generated per guest per day.

Et centralt flot hotel med mange muligheder for shopping, da flere malls befinder sig i nærheden. Rengøringen og servicen var i top form. Personalet var virkelige søde og utrolig hjælpsomme.

Seriously unimpressed by the service. I wouldn’t recommend to get there as a family, as service is sub-par and cleaning is not done properly. There was a dirty tissue on the balcony as you can see in the picture. The day after the tissue got removed but the balcony was still very dirty. There was also a soap under the bathroom sink which was not ours but didn’t get remove during our whole 4 day stay. Last, our baby had a poo incident on the bed. We tried to clean it but it was obvious. Our bed sheets didn’t get changed. I then asked for it to be changed to realise that once they did it they had just turned around the sheets but left the dirty ones in. We had to ask them again to come to this time change the sheets fully. We arrived by car and my husband had to unloading the car by him self as nobody was outside to help him out with the bags for a daily of 5. We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes so there was really no reason for this. We ordered a baby cot by email and asked for it again when checking in. We had to ask again 3 times for it to arrive 3 hours later. We booked the room for 4 people and there was only 1 large towel in the room.

My Experience it was good and I loved
