Staff were friendly and helpful (service with a smile). Disappointed that a kingsize bed booked was not allocated as paid for and it wasn't until I checked my booking and made enquiry that our room was changed to reflect what we paid for.

Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry facility was a great addition. Close to the town center. Wonderful waterfront promenade. And great floor to ceiling windows for an amazing ocean view. Highly recommend!

It was exactly what we expected for a 5 star hotel should be.

The Pool was the best part of the hotel. Food options are limited. Amenities are also limited and it is not worth the money. However it’s the only option for most.

Room was good with glimpse of the sea. Only two minor issues -- bar closed very early in the evening, television channels were very limited and internet was very slow -- 2 Mbps down, 1.5Mbps up. Otherwise place was good

We booked for 3 people Kingsize bed and single so they giving us Queen size bed only and so poor service

Staff were very courteous and room was always clean.

What stood out to us were the staff at breakfast. They were so welcoming and made sure everything was okay. Also our room was kept clean everyday when we got back to our room after breakfast. Made our stay very comfortable.

Great spot! Best option on the main island in Tonga! Clean rooms, great pool, good breakfast, working AC, 24 hour front desk for late night arrivals or early morning departures.
