Amazing!

Good stay, just above good

The room needed a different kind of lighting in the bathroom, something like a light fixture specifically for the face. It is just a personal opinion. There wasn’t options of salad dressing at the restaurant. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay in San Pedro Sula

Should have better or more fresh fruit for breakfast, both days fruit was not as fresh as expected.

Awesome place, but too much noise.

Excellent stay, clean rooms friendly knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately did not follow through with promise to prepare breakfast box for our early flight. But not a problem

After I called them to let them know my flight was canceled and was going to be there next day , person I spoke to told me I had nothing to worry about , only to get there and find out at midnight that I had no room for me and my wife . AFTER PAYING , for 4 nights I had to go find another place to stay , then getting out of the parking lot I was threatened by an arm guard who told me I wasn’t getting out of there if I didn’t pay for parking , definitely very bad experience . I have stayed in Hyatt in many cities , but this one I WONT RECOMMEND !

Great place to stay! The food was 10/10... easily the best I’ve had at any hotel in the city
