We really enjoyed our stay. It has a beautiful location right on the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only complaint was the shower had hardly any pressure and it needed a good scrub. Everything else about the property was lovely.

The room is perfect with balcony direct on the sea also beach is a minute walk best location

Parking options are very limited; you will have to park at the beach. The building is in need of renovation, which should start soon. Staff are responsive to requests, but delivery could be faster. Amenities are very basic, and guest interaction could be improved.

Ganish, at the front desk, was courteous and welcoming. He assisted me in various occasions, with a very positive disposition.

I booked and confirmed by hotel.com that our room is sea view room but we're accomodated at the side of the hotel and front desk staff is so rude. Only there is no time for us to look for another hotel as we came late at night

Photos are totally diff from the real, starting by the beach there are no seats for the hotel on the coast and the cleaners are below the average inside rooms or the hotel itself, Wifi is the slowest network you can connect on your devices.

Before going to Salalah I read many reviews for hotels (with lower prices) and this hotel was only good option. For all other I found only bad reviews. This hotel was a bit of not so clean. Maybe it is due to position near the beach and lot of sands and rain season with high waves. I think it is imposible to had all clean... our room and bathroom was clean but all have some "old" touch (again maybe it is so because of high humidity and rain). Unfortunatelly last day I found one cockroach in the bathroom and this destroyed my impression.

This is one fantastic place to stay in Salalah .. you can get either direct sea view or side sea view .. ( and if u r unlucky get the pakistani restaurant view ) .. the beach is out the door.. and the drizzly mornings are awesome.. I paid around 30 OMR online booking.. the prices are bit more for direct view. I got the side view.. I dealt with Aily at the reception who was very halpful and friendly and the hotel has big rooms almost as big as those fancy 5 star hotels but without the 5 star bill lol enjoy Salalah ( and btw if u dont fancy the hotel breakfast just go to the pakistani restaurant behind for ur morning karak and veggies.. and in case u feel too VIP for that .. well .. stay at the Hilton and pay 100 per night for the same breakfast lol

Positiv: Sehr schöner Sandstrand direkt am Hotel Kostenlose Parkplätze Strandliegen und Strandtücher inklusive Täglicher Zimmerservice und frische Handtücher/Wasser Negativ: Wasserdruck im Badezimmer Lärmbelästigung im 4 OG durch Klimaanlage auf dem Dach Strand stark verdreckt mit Plastiktüten usw (hierfür kann das Hotel allerdings wenig da es sich um einen öffentlichen Strand handelt) Frühstück war für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit (es wird kaum aufgefüllt, kaum Abwechslung, nur Nescafe, Rührei noch roh)

Staff is very kindness.Location is so good.（In front of hotel is sea) The Restaurant is so tasty. I like fish saute with lemon butter. but the room haven't facial towel(only bath towel),dryer,shower curtain... We were in trouble the air conditioner stopped in midnight. This hotel don't have bar.But we can go to bar in 5 minutes on foot(Crown plaza hotel is very near).
