nice place!

It’s a bit outdated but for the price, location and service it was great!

The hotel has an old amenities clean and old. The room was comfortable, staff are friendly.

Half the plugs in the room didn’t work, lighting in the room after dark was not great but just was not clean at all and bathroom was falling apart. As soon as you left the property we surrounded by people begging for money and grabbing on you. Pictures look way better than what you get. $50 a night hotel at most.

Located well to CBD and Airport. Very safe with security excellent! Great value. Fresh juice in the morning was amazing!

Hotel clean but out dated, A/C was not functioning in the bedroom, the breakfast buffet was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very spacious rooms and good Security. Wifi isnt great in the room but good downstairs in the lobby. You have to request a refrig and safe if you want one in the room. Excellent breakfast buffet!

we found a roach. the hotel looks better in the pictures, we actually checked out and went to the ibis. our bags were delayed but was sent to the hotel, they stayed there for almost 2 weeks before they were sent to us, all our electronics were stolen from our suitcases.

Decent hotel for the price, good location, friendly staff that will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Condition of the hotel is a little disappointing though. Rooms feel run down. Pool area is nice. Breakfast buffet is overpriced at $30 per person. Overall just about OK

Courtesy of staff was superb. A better flow of hot water to room 115 would have my stay even better.

I loved the location!!

I recently stayed at the hotel this October. I emailed ahead of time reconfirming my need for a shuttle hotel driver to pick me up at the airport at 12:20 AM however when I arrived there was no driver after waiting about 30 minutes the hotel receptionist asked a cab driver already at the airport to drive me. When I arrived at the property I was given a room key by a very friendly receptionist named Violet however when the gentleman escorting me open the hotel room door a voice from darkness asked who is this? The gentleman assisting me immediately apologized went back downstairs for another key but it was not for a balcony room so we had to change the key the third time. I was comfortable in the room, nice balcony but throughout my stay the Wi-Fi was very spotty the last night I was there there was no Wi-Fi all the way into the next day 3 pm. They had the IT tech working on it but I was also trying to download my test results documents to take to the airpot. Micah was exemplary in his service and accommodating. I give him five stars he helped to make my stay more enjoyable. I’m not sure if I will return to this hotel. I am a female who traveled alone from the US and having a driver available upon my arrival was crucial for me. However things did work out for there are generally kinks in travel. A doctor came to administer my PCR test for $80 in my rm which was great! I had a very positive experience in Nairobi Kenya and would visit this country again. Thanks NSC staff.
