Our stay at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort was exceptional. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, the property was immaculate, and the food was outstanding. Beach service was attentive, and the atmosphere throughout was peaceful and deeply relaxing.

The room was super duper clean. And it was nice to leave for dinner and come back to your bed turned down. Staff was great. Just had a bit of a tiff with our butler day one. I thought the breakfast was splendid. I loved that they had a ‘shot’ of the day of potent and healthy juices! Loved loved that. The omelette station was our favorite and if you are a coffee lover their cappuccino was delicious. And I’m a very particular coffee drinker. Breakfast was our favorite meal. The exercise space was also great. As I exercised there practically every day before getting my spot in the beach,

Amazing hotel. Was our 2nd year and loved it as much as first. Each member of the family enjoyed the trip. My nine year old cried leaving the kids club. I loved night snorkeling. The butlers M&M were incredibly responsive and helpful. Sad to leave…

We booked a luxury cottage and could not have been happier. The room was spotless and the view was amazing. Our plunge pool was fabulous and we used it every day. The staff make this resort. They are wonderful. The view from the beach is stunning and the water was clear and warm. Also, be sure to check out the Pickleball and tennis courts and the gym because they are great. We were also very happy with food in all of the restaurants We will definitely be back.

What really set this resort apart was the service; 24/7 concierge, staff who knew us by name, and genuine smiles every time we were greeted. We always felt welcomed and well taken care of, with everyone happy to help in any way possible. Dining is priced on the higher end, but that’s to be expected for a luxury resort of this caliber, and the quality matched the experience. An unforgettable stay and a place we’d gladly return to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
