Location is great. Close to all the restaurants. Beach access

Very good very good place and very more very everything good

Outdated. Rooms were stale took us a couple of days to air it out. Air conditioning was terrible. It would turn off can't set it to a comfortable level. Aruba is HOT not fun. Called the desk twice about it said they will send someone to fix it and they never fixed it.

Excellent amenities - staff was awesome and very clean!! Very relaxing and fun vacay - a lot to do without having to travel off property.

Aruba is beautiful and will return! The hotel staff is friendly but knows nothing about the place they work. They have entertainment daily that is poorly executed.

There was a smell in the bathroom that they did not address. I requested to change rooms which they denied to do. Eduardo was great in the restaurant on the beach. Stephanie who runs the adventures was also amazing. Pepper on the retreats amazing and housekeeping was great Breakfast amazing too. Rest of staff was not overly welcoming. Not sure if I would stay here again

All inclusive was horrible

The beach, the staff and the food were excellent. The sun sets were spectacular. The hotel is a bit dated, but clean and everything was in working order. Definitely would return back.

We did the all inclusive. Food options are excellent. Staff was friendly and very caring. By the end of the trip they remember you. One breakfast server would leave me a cup to go for my coffee after i asked first two days. Room is comfortable . Lots of pool options. Free umbrella poolside if you get them early. Only downside all the ashtrays are near doorways so always smelling that.

The hotel had adequate facilities but was not up-to-date in re: digital services. There was no business office. The check-in staff was consistently distant and sometimes unhelpful. They were disorganized as if the hotel had just opened. Other staff were friendly and provided very good services. One assistant manager was different in the quality of service and time offered to us. Aruba is a good place to visit; try different hotel.

Bathrooms outside were very bad, the beach and the pool not clean at all

Holiday inn states that it is a family resort. Not at all. Everything, pool, beach and family area closes at 7pm, earlier if they are hosting a wedding. Nothing to do at the hotel. We had all inclusive, but the restaurants had to turn us away because they were full. We needed reservations to eat our included meals. Meals were good if you could get them at the restaurants. Front desk staff was the rudest of all. They behaved like you putting them out, but it was their job. Washing machines and dryers were broken, and the machines to buy soap were also broken or out of soap. Nothing to do in Aruba because it is not for children. Aruba is very much a grown-up destination. Going out - sex and drugs in all stores and security standing over you every second (everywhere - in the hotel and outside) making it feel unsafe or that they think you are a criminal. The air conditioner was broken and loud. Holiday Inn was run down, just another decade and it will be added to the many, many abandon buildings. Also, bring as much sun block as you can!! It's $30 a can of spray.

The staff was so friendly and the location of the resort was perfect! Definitely will be back!

Very homey and comfortable!!

The property is a little dates but very clean. The staff was super friendly and the food was AMAZING! We can’t wait to go back!
