Property was very clean, safe. You have all you need within the property, I would recommend it to anyone👍💯

I wish that the stores and bars on the property stayed open later.

I love the room and paid for the upgrade this time. Walking up and down the hills takes endurance, but it's good excercise. The staff is always friendly. I gave a 4 because I'd like more activities or entertainment. Also, the spa service I booked wasn't available when I was scheduled. A heads-up would have been nice, as I stayed at the resort for the appointment. Lost half a day that could have been an excursion. This was my 2nd stay and I do plan on returning again.

We liked the beach and reef for snorkeling.

I enjoyed my stay.

We waited for more than 4 hours just to switch rooms. And after that long wait upon check in room was filthy. Hairs in the bathroom floor, sink and toilet. And in the living there was lots of dust and debris. We called to get someone to clean and they said they will send someone. Upon return from pool room conditions was same. It is not what we expect from This property and the price we paid.

Loved the area close to alot of everything, room was comfortable had every amenities needed, parking was convenient and safe and close to the room which meant alot . Overall i am happy and will come again
