Divi Beach is gorgeous. The room was very clean; bed was comfortable. Generally, this resort is outdated. I actually thought the food was pretty good for an all-inclusive! The loungers at the beach weren't particularly comfortable and there was a lot of construction noise due to renovations. Staff varied in friendliness from exceptional to rude.

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY HOUSING FOR MY WIFE’S VACATION (9-17/9-23-2025 THE AREA I WAS HOUSED IN HAD FAR TOO MANY CONSTRUCTION AREA. THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AND WE WERE NEVER ABLE TO SLEEP PASS 6AM. THE ELEVATOR IN MY AREA WAS NOT WORKING AND I HAD TO USE THE STAIRS AND I HAVE SCREWS IN MY FOOT. NO GOOD. I WISH I HAD BEEN HOUSED CLOSER TO THE FRONT SINCE SO MUCH WAS GOING ON AROUND THE BACK WHERE THERE WAS SO MUCH CONSTRUCTION

The front desk staff almost every one of them were not friendly did not know how to smile and had no information whatsoever. Anytime you ask them a question they had to ask somebody else and then they tell you to go to concierge. They had no clue of any activities that were going on. Received a brochure in our room one morning after cleaning about a vent that was going on at the Tamarron. I did not feel like walking back up to my room to check on the days and the times, they didn’t feel like checking either for me. They said if you had a brochure just go check on that. Wouldn’t you think if they put the event on all the employees should know? Everyone else except the front desk was very friendly happy and helpful.

I had a great time at the Divi all inclusive! The location being close to the airport and being right on the beach was amazing! The beach is so beautiful! The construction noise was a little bit annoying if you wanted to take a nap in your room during the day but at least they’re making renovations which are needed. The restaurants were all wonderful except for the buffet was just ok. Some of the items seemed old or re-heated up from the previous day. I also wish they would cover the fruits in the buffet to keep the bugs off. The waitstaff was really nice though. I really enjoyed the restaurants, especially The Red Parrot and Pure Lime at the Divi and Club Margot at the Tamarijn. The food & waitstaff were excellent! The views while eating dinner were gorgeous especially the sunset at dinner! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left every single employee was so friendly, welcoming& helpful. The towel hut people were the only ones that weren’t friendly but maybe that’s from being out in the heat all day. The room was nice &spacious & the bed was comfortable. I loved sitting out on the balcony at night. I felt so safe in general in Aruba but I really liked that the balcony door had an alarm that made me feel extra safe at night. The entertainment at night was really nice too. I like how everything you need is all there at the resort, I didnt even need to leave. I definitely would love to come back to this resort again sometime soon hopefully! Thanks again Divi!

The refurbished rooms are beautiful. The staff couldnt be more welcoming, attentive and pleasant. The proximity of the beach was amazing.

Amazing place and friendly

Beach is most beautiful beach I have seen. They currently have renovations going on which was little bit annoying. Wish they had more authentic food at the buffet, it was very American and not enough fruits and veggies in the morning for breakfast. restaurants are good.

We had a great time at the Divi All Inclusive. Originally when we arrived I was told they overbooked and I had to stay at their sister resort. This made no sense to.me as I had booked this trip months ago. They were able to make it right and gave me a eoom after a bit of conversarion. The resort was not crowded at all. It was clean and staff were very nice. My only complaint ( which I have for most resorts) is that pool closes too early. There should atleast be an adult pool open later.

Entire staff made great efforts to make us feel at home.

We were on the 4th floor ocean view. It was relaxing and wonderful. Room was clean bathroom was clean. We did get the pleasure relaxation massage, that was amazing, Lys, and Lisabeth were our techs. The ocean blue, sand white. Main dinner meals we ate at the Red Parrot. Every meal was great. Special message to the seafood bisque and the creme brulee. We asked for the same server Edgar he was wonderful. Staying at Divi all inclusive you also have access to her sister resort Tamirjan which also boasts restaurants. No complaints except the trip was to short. We did 5 day 4 night all inclusive

The property as a whole was beautiful!! The food, service, Aruba “energy” atmosphere and beach were Amazing! Even with the on-going construction, it did not detract from the amazing experience! If there was any “detractors”, I would say that the facility is starting to show its age to include the rooms, wood decking, cracked concrete & pavers when walking, patio furniture needing attention, etc. While none of the above affected our stay whatsoever, they are noticeable and attention should be paid, especially to the wood decking by the pool. All in all our stay was absolutely amazing with memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so very much for making this a trip of a lifetime!!!!
