The all inclusive experience was a great deal.

The service and food was outstanding. Our waiter, Evian at the Red Parrot was exceptional. A little disappointed that the gift shop at the Divi was unavailable due to the fire but there were other shops close by. The maid staff was excellent! Our room was always clean each day. I did notice a small odor coming from the bathroom vent - perhaps a moldy type smell. The vent looked a bit dirty so perhaps maintenance staff could take a look at that. Other than that the Divi was excellent and woud go back again.

Honestly it wasn’t the best…. The staff at the bars weren’t the friendliest.. I waited on a 30 minute line to check in because only one person was working the desk. The garbage wasn’t always changed out and over flowing. Hardly any drink service coming around the pool. The restaurants were just okay nothing to rave about. They only have one activity planned a day and some days they just didn’t do it. There’s really no entertainment at this resort. They don’t even play music at the pools. Stayed in the Vista 3 (3000s) old out dated, bed wasn’t the best bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. I would never recommend this resort to anyone. It was quite disappointing. There seems to be on managerial over sight, and when checking out they didn’t even ask how the stay was.

Front desk staff was not very friendly when checking in. There was a fire on July 1. Ashes were still on the walkway 5 days later. There is awful garbage smell near the cafe. Dishes were left near the pool garbage cans for days and never cleaned up. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. Some days they come at 8:30 am, some days not until the afternoon. The closets in both rooms were filled with sand on arrival and never cleaned. Food was average, most staff at restaurants were friendly. Location of beach and pool to our Vista 3 rooms was close. Pool and beaches never too crowded.

Divi is a great resort. Food options are very good. Beach is beautiful and pools are well maintained. Friendly staff. Love the transporting between the two properties. There are a few things lacking though depends on your preference. Night life it really not present. I typically prefer shows not dancing around the pool. The room I had definitely needs a full update. MUSIC at the pool is needed!!!! Wish the Divi bar had same food options as Tamarijn. Lengthy line for concierge. Disorganized lines for check in. One person working and I got in line. An additional worker comes to help and other staff tells newly arriving guest to basically cut me and go to new worker. That should never occur, we learn basic waiting in lines rules in preschool. So took some time to check in. A reception drink or snack would be nice after a long day of travel. Felt very safe. The buffet needs a little help at the grill station. It would get busy and took a very very long time. The ladies at the grill were extremely slow and disorganized. I think the fresh fruit needs to be covered as flies are everywhere. Beds and pillows were comfy. The room was very humid and damp. I do recommended though would be sure to mention both pros and cons. Aruba itself is a beautiful place that is safe and full of very friendly people.

I felt the quality of the food was not up to standards I would expect for the money I spent. After 5 nights of eating there we were sick of the buffet options and the restaurants on site. We chose to go to azzuro and madam Jeanette the last two nights and these places were way better then the prior 5 notes of food choices at the Divi and Tam. The beach however is much nicer and less crowded than the palm beach and eagle beach region. Our first two days there our WiFi did not work. The phone in the room worked 25% of the time. On a few days our maid didn’t clean our room but when they did they did an excellent job. The staff at the front desk are not very friendly. No one asked us when we checked out how was our stay. Our cleaning lady did wish us a safe journey home which was nice, I left her a nice tip!

Love staying at the Divi the staff, beach and restaurants are absolutely amazing. Look forward to visiting again next year!!!!!

Loved my stay, but the wifi went out every and I needed connectivity in order to work! Loved the sweet staff💕 I will be back!

One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen in the Carribean. The beach itself is worth the stay. Resort is beautiful and weak upkeep. I would rate this resort 3 out of 5. FACILITY/PROPERTY: 1. Pros- Grounds well maintained. You are always steps away from the beach or a pool. Bars are spaced out fairly well for access. Beach has no seaweed and minimal rocks. No need for water shoes. Room was clean and had a dehumidifier that really cut down on room humidity. 2. Bars do not open until 11am. Not very clear where golf cart transport picks up/drops off to go between Divi/Tamarijn. Mini fridge provided in the room however it was not stocked with water, soda, beer. Very disappointing for an all inclusive resort. You had to fill water bottle from the bar or water station which was annoying especially at night and when you’re traveling with kids. No iron or iron board provided in the room. When ask they front desk they were not available for these items. Building 3 need remodel out dated Shower furniture Few bar at the pool bartenders were not friendly Buffet staff not very friendly. Buffet needs more waiters to be more attentive to guess. Better customer service training needed. No drink service staff at pool or beach. You have to walk to get your drinks from the bar. It felt there was a lack of servers/waitresses even in the a-la-carte restaurants-they seemed shorthand. Avoid constructions during the day while guest are up.

The facility was clean. The bathroom in my room is a little dated and there were no hangers in the one closet to hang dresses. There were no soft drinks or juice provided in the room like other resorts I have stayed and no room service. However, compared to other Aruba all inclusives I definitely got my monies worth and would stay there again. I would not stay at the Tamarjin because I did not like the layout and the buffet closed after lunch.

Just returned home from a seven night stay at the Divi. Unfortunately there was a fire in the main lobby building on Tuesday afternoon. I was in my room in the vista II building and could smell electrical wiring burning. But thought nothing of it because no alarms were going off. My brother called my cell phone to inform us about the fire so we left our room to walk out to black smoke in the hallways and no lights or alarms going off. We were out of internet and phone service for the last five days of our stay and The lack of communication from the personal there was non-existent. I wanted to talk to the manager about the lack of communications and money back for not having amenities that we paid for but conveniently not management was on site and they gave me an email. Basically ago pound sand attitude. Never again will I waste time on this resort again and will tell everyone I know to choose another resort.

Property was amazing

The room overall wasnt bad. It was the lighting in the room. Poorly placed and inconvenient.

We had a good time at Divi all-inclusive. We traveled with a group of 15 people and they were accommodating. Club Margot was a little disappointing but other than that everything else was excellent. The beach and the pool and bars were great too. We would definitely stay here again and the rooms were good too and ac worked great. Very relaxing and had a wonderful time!!

It was the best all inclusive experience I've ever had! Beautiful place! The staff is very accommodating. I loved it.

Rooms were clean, food was very good! All of the staff were courteous and friendly. We liked the Vista buildings. The pool was always clean. The Pelican Terrace buffet was very good! Our favorite was Paparazzi restaurant but all were good. Will go back for sure !
