No wifi? I deserve a discount as compensation

No documentation about myself when arrived for check in. I have to wait for confirmation from other staff. Cable TV not functioning in the given room. They gave me another room with less equipment. This rooms beside small the floors looks dirty. Bathrooms OK. Hopefully the management coukd improve it. Thanks for the consuderation.

Have only 1 iron to share with the whole hotel guests. Bed will ruin your night as the spring is the only thing in them. Could hear other rooms conversation. Smelly hotel. Parking not enough. Overly price! Don't go! Bad experience. Hopefully the boss could spend some money to fix the quality!

Bilik berhabuk, tilam jenis spring dan sakit badan utk tidur, kalau bercuti lama seeloknya cari hotel yang lebih selasa, saya terpaksa amik bilik kat sini sbb last minute cr hotel, air minum pun x disediakan.

We get WiFi from reception...they just reject me and say no WiFi...but in the description there was show WiFi...too bad

The lights weren't working in the room, the bathroom wasn't clean.

The condition of the room was not comfortable. The bed was not in a good condition.water too slow. Room size so small

Perlu ditambah baik sistem siaran televisyen yang hanya dapat 1 siaran sahaja dan pemanas air bilik mandi yang tidak kuat.

Need improvement..too old hotel

wifi cannot access and about cleanliness is not good enough. The toilet not wash properly. I hope this hotel must improve more.

Backpacker boleh la duduk sini.

There is no wifi for each room even the room with king/queen size bed
