Average services, I rate both good and bad. Good is the inclusive meals (optional during booking), I was given a lot of quality food in a presentable traditional Japanese setting, but bad is that my booking includes 2 adults and 1 kid, the hotel told me I needed to pay extra for my kids staying (I had no choice so I paid) and tried to charge me other items like extra bed, extra meal for my kid (I rejected these). I hate how the hotel manage bookings and dishonesty as I had already paid my booking for 3 members in full but then got charged extra when I arrived without any email communication before I check-in, other major problem to the overall experience is that most of the staffs speak broken English and even not understand, I find it very difficult to communicate, also both indoor and outdoor onsen water is all dirty, the outdoor onsen water is not even hot.

一間頗有規模的溫泉酒店，連大堂走廊的設計都相當吸引，房間亦有自己的私人風裏。早午晚餐，我就沒有嘗試。晚上宵夜有免費烏冬。我試過覺得好好味。有免費泊車位置自駕遊相當好

浴場大，夜餐及早餐有一流既服務及質素。 但浴場設施有點舊。 私人溫泉放水好慢每10分鐘要按一次放水制，3-4次後先用得。每次要等10分鐘。不過都值得一去

Very Nice Onsen Experience. We should spend more time on it. Not much options on food, but they are tasty. unfortunately, bar was not open.

住宿及溫泉方面好好，酒店員工都有禮貌及可以解答到我哋所有問題，酒店更有shuttle bus往返草津溫泉巴士站及湯畑，非常方便。 酒店有各種室內溫泉及露天溫泉，非常舒服relax,晚餐及早餐都美味可口。 總括嚟講非常好，晚餐前到湯畑一帶遊玩，晚上回酒店晚餐後可以在館內好好享用溫泉，酒店有免費拉麵消夜，更會有冰條及益力多免費提升。

我們被安排在最低樓層，用私人風呂時要很小心否則會被外面和樓下經過的人看光光，和家人一起浸浴時，說話聲音都要很小聲。 房屋外面的風景沒有很特別，主要是體驗下草津的溫泉酒店設施和服務。6/10分 大浴場的露天風呂很不錯，空間尚算大，7/10分 基本上9成職員都很有善和用心協助旅客，有shuttle 來往輕井澤和草津，9/10分 酒店內有很多不同的風呂可以試，我們選擇的是一泊二食方案，早餐和晚餐都豐富，雖然味道不是很出色，但是整體體驗很不錯，7/10分 個人認為比起其他有特別自然景色的溫泉旅館，此間酒店略微比下去，價格略貴，不太值得，但能體驗草津的溫泉都可值得一試。

Almost everything is fantastic, except one - air conditioning。 The air conditioning kept blowing warm wind, even we had adjusted as lowest temperature could be set(16'C)。 Tried several time and checked with hotel staff, the issue remained. Only option was to keep the terrace door slightly open to get some cold / fresh air into room, while must return off the air conditioning when leaving the room.

The onsen is very good. Hotel environment is cozy. We forgot the stroller at the hotel. The hotel couriered the stroller to Hong Kong for free. The service impressed us.

Everything is good , including pick up service, choices of hot spring, nice people, good food , except room size a bit small.

The hotel is brilliant overall. The room was big and clean, with the needed toiletries. The heating might be too warm for my partner and me, and we had to leave the balcony door open to let in fresh air. We definitely love the Japanese balcony and onsen bath. The food for dinner and breakfast was local and delicious. It's easier to get to the hotel if you drive. The hotel does provide shuttles. It would be better if the young staff could learn better English as there were plenty of international tourists. It did create some funny embarrassment. For instances, I was not given my pair of shoes but wooden sandals to wear in order to park my car properly in the right parking space; I was not given my room keys during check-in though we were in a hurry to dine. To our surprise, the staff member with the best English was the young lady serving us at the restaurant. We'd like to thank her for this. (P.S. I do speak some Japanese.) Overall, it was a great experience, and we enjoyed the stay.
