没有纸巾，没有毛巾，怎么洗澡？

厕所需要改进，漏水严重，有异味，房间有时也有异味。

Semasa saya sampai kebetulan hujan baru turun lebat ada kebocoran air masuk terkena soket letrik.

1) The customer service is very bad, they don't even know how to speak in malay nor english. 2) The room quality also bad for Rm89, I expect better for the price. 3) Not recommended to anyone who want to stay here.

Toilet air bertakung. Room 109. No towel hang in toilet.

Inconvenience smell/odor especially at front desk. Room air conditioning also not effective.

Saya tempah untuk semalaman sahaja, 3 orang untuk queen bed, tapi tidak dibenarkan, bilik juga kotor, ade sampah bawah katil 😔, cadar tilam juga seperti tidak dibasuh

The worst hotel ever I stay in my life. The receptionist is not doing their work, they are busy with their chitchat and smoking. We need to wait around 1 hour after out check in time for they to clean up the room. The room and the toilet is really smelly (fish smell) The air conditioner is not working well. Please do not stay here.

Nice place to stay. Easy to find and very pleasant.
