Very good

Breakfast is excellent! The beach is also great for rich coral and fish. But no activity by afternoon due to low tide. No free shuttle but 24 hours shop inside the hotel has everything just souvenir is double price than in the airport. The extra bed for kid is quite expensive for 92usd plus service charge. The lobby is quite hot during afternoon and no fan or air con.

This hotel is really over priced for what it offers, and it’s a really old resort. But I guess it’s what Palau is. The staffs are very friendly.

Great place to stay in Palau. Beautiful location. Wonderful views. Comfortable rooms. Terrific food. Top notch service. Walking trails nearby. Good snorkeling right off the beach. There's even a Nature Center on site which does turtle and fish feeding. Resort has everything you could ask for. Thanks also goes to Joe at the front desk for recommending and organizing some local excursions.

Staff is very courteous and helpful. They go above and beyond to make guests welcome. The over water bungalows are an amazing experience! A private deck leads down to the water for swimming and snorkeling right from your room. Coral reefs are right outside your door.

スタッフは優しく、笑顔をいっぱい頂きました。 お部屋の方は、予想してなかったのですが、日本製のウォシュレットがあり、快適でした。 オーシャンフロントの部屋に宿泊したのですが、素晴らしいビーチが目の前で、すぐに泳ぎに行けました。 バスタオルはもちろんですが、ライフジャケットが、無料貸し出ししていただけます。

全体的にはとても素晴らしくまた行こうと思ってます。スタッフは、優しく親切でした。 気になったことは、あります。ココナッツテラスの卓上に置かれた塩が、湿度が高いせいか詰まって出ない事です。多くのテーブルで同じ現象がありました。あと、てんぷらうどんを食べたのですが、七味が無かったです。輸入が難しく無理なのかもしれませんが。

スタッフはみんな優しくて、困り事も親身になって聞いてもらえました。 ただ高級リゾートですが、部屋が少しカビ臭いのが気になりましたが、3泊もしてたら慣れました。周囲には何もないので、ホテルライフを楽しみたい方にはおすすめです。

Great amenities and staff very helpful

The worst mattress of any hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Very hard and uncomfortable with uncomfortable pillows to match. I woke up with a neck ache and a headache. I tried to switch rooms hoping for a more comfortable setup, but they are all the same.

部屋が綺麗、スタッフも親切、ビーチやプールでゆっくり過ごせました。あえてマイナス面を言うと、夕食時に客に対してスタッフが少ないのか、オーダーをするのに時間がかかったことと、空港まで送迎を頼んでいましたが、人数が誤っていて倍の金額を請求されたことです。

Beautiful, well appointed while not being pretentious. Amazing staff. Delicious meals.

Fantastic location on the beach and close to town. You still need a car to get around. Some restaurants offer a shuttle otherwise you are on your own. Hotel was a bit tired looking, but had excellent food options. Fantastic outdoor bar with excellent staff. Spa was worth a visit to relax. Snorkelling straight off the beach. I’d stay here again.

Excellent stay. Our room was near the pool. Close to everything. Snorkeling from the beach was great.

I spent nine nights there and the place grew on me day by day due to the high quality of service and the people working there. The breakfast was always a highlight and Heather managed the bar very well, even during busy times. All in all this place is a gem and my highlight was waking up on an ocean front room and going for a snorkel before breakfast. I hope to be back sometime soon again!

Eine gute Erholung nach dem langen Flug. Super Strand, nettes Personal, sehr gepflegte, saubere Anlage.

遠方の一大リゾート非の打ち所がない。サービスや、フロント対応も素晴らしい。日本人の受付もおりお話も弾みます。目の前のインフィニティ―プールもアクティビティもSAPやシュノーケルも目の前の海で楽しめます。 高いのは、それだけのサービスがあるという事。僻地なので、食事は送迎付きのレストランか、ホテル内をお勧めします。
