非常好的酒店，不管是离饭店，还是超市和商店，距离都不大于100米，房间里面的环境也很好，住着非常舒服

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the hotel is quite good to stay!! Love to stay again in the coming trips.

There were flies in my room , around 7 of them And there are no amenities

房子很大，两个卧室，两个厕所，很暖很干。天天干的流鼻血，哈哈。厨房可以省很多餐费，而且屋子非常干净。楼下酒吧有时候会嗨到半夜。big,warn,clean,two bedroom,two toilet,kitchen save lots money,perfect!

Fabulous place with restaurants nearby

It is a really good hotel but seems not very user friendly. There is no tables or chairs in each room of the svalbard lounge. So, all my stuffs need to be put on the ground. Apart from this, the hotel is really great.

位置很棒，机场大巴有站，能代订很多当地游的行程。不过要在房间看极光千万别住一层，为了隐私一层的玻璃被特殊处理了，看外面模糊

the hotel is just beside the tourist information centre. it's easy to locate and easy for the coach pickup.

Bra frukost, tråkiga rum.

Greit, - men ikke mer. Rommene må kunne mørklegges bedre for nettene om sommeren. Likeledes blir rommene plagsomt varme, - selv om det er trukket for hele døgnet og luftet ( det lille vinduet som det går an å lufte med ). Tilsammen ødelegger disse to fakta nattesøvnen. Standarden er ellers ganske enkel. men det er mitt inntrykk at det er slik over hele Longyearbyen. Og , - man kommer ikke til Svalbard for å nyte et hotellrom. Men å sørge for at man får nattesøvn må Svalbard Hotel Polfareren definitivt gjøre bedre.

We had a wonderful stay of 4 nights. This hotel has a family atmosphere and the staff were so warm and friendly. On our day of departure, they even helped us prepare a lunch box which we paid for. Such a personalized service was touching.

Ett mycket trevligt boende som ligger mycket centralt och bra. Alla butiker och restauranger som finns är inom 10 minuters avstånd. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Nice hotel that I would recommend, only gripe was a large crack in our bathroom sink, no alternative milk, and sausages at breakfast were a bit lame. Also the noise from traffic in the car park over the gravel was a bit annoying, should be tarmac. Great location and staff were lovely, the free coffee throughout the day was a nice touch :)

Frukosten var liten men bra. Mysigt hotell generellt men ingen lyx utan mer vad man kan förvänta sig i Svalbard. Det som stack ut negativt var varmvattnet som var jätteinstabilt. Ena sekunden iskallt, nästa kokhett.

Alltid koselig å komme hit. Deilig frokost og flott utsikt fra rommet. Meget sentralt midt i sentrum! Vært her 11 ganger, hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake igjen! Anbefales.

Beautiful place to stay the views from the room are stunning

I was very happy checking into this beautiful hotel in Svalbard. Check in was seamless and the staff was so nice . Very conveniently located . The buffet breakfast was perfect .. nothing frozen all fresh .. I will back here in Svalbard and I will stay here again . I have to mention the breakfast attendant he was the best .. true hospitality person Thank you
