excellent hotel, must choose mountain view room no matter what. based on my own experience, the restaurant really short of staff. but other than that is good

Th best hotel you can find in Kazbegi! Spacious and super clean room, extremely stunning mountain view, very delicious breakfast with diverse choices, equipped with a swimming pool, sauna and gym. I could stay in this hotel all day without boredom.

The hotel is very very very beautiful. We can see the most beautiful and awesome view of Kazbegi while we were staying at the hotel. The staff are very helpful, kind and professional. The food taste very well. It provides many delicious food for the breakfast buffet. I loves this hotel.

一定要訂山景房，因為不用出門就可以看星星看日出，不像我搞到還感冒了。。 酒店大堂的設計就不說了大家都是很讚的，房間有點小，整個房間的原木設計很溫馨但浴室舊了就覺得有點不太舒適(請自行想象一下木頭發霉的感覺)，餐廳菜單選擇不太多，消費價格對得住酒店級數，走路上下山需要點體力和耐心，滿地牛屎有小心一些

Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, personel çok ilgiliydi, her şey çok güzeldi. Arkadaşımın doğum gününe denk geldiği için odamıza pasta bile gönderdiler. Kahvaltı müthişti. Bende çok iyi bir hatır bıraktı. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with amazing mountain views. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the spa was a real highlight of our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although service could sometimes be a little slow and not always as attentive as expected. The main downside was the limited choice for vegetarians and vegans at both breakfast and dinner, which made dining options quite restricted. Overall, a great stay with stunning scenery, a lovely spa, and a beautiful hotel. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Kazbegi.

Fantastic hotel, with magnificent views of the Caucasus Mountains. They have great amenities (sauna, pool, and a simple gym), and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Kazbegi

We loved our two night stay at Rooms Kazbegi. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The vast main space off the lobby and eating areas have outstanding views of Mt. Kazbegi. As well as lovely and luxurious array of seating areas to enjoy that view, a drink, or read a book. The rooms feel just a dated but very comfortable. We had the forest view and really loved it. We rarely spend time in the hotel sitting areas, but this hotel was an exception with their indoor and outdoor areas both beautiful and comfortable. Would highly recommend.
