Pool hadn’t had chlorine in it for a long time,cleaning staff were fantastic,management not too friendly

The Al Maha exceeded our expectations. A clean, well-run hotel which is close to many good restaurants.

The check-in staff wants to know if i am married with the wonen i am coming, not even a greeting of the day... like a police investigating,, such a dhame behave , saying this is a family hotel.. mayb be the owners will be proud of his question, but not a guest , if a leisure guests comes woth girlfriend what will be the question and the investigation.. i want to hear back.. no smoking allowed in the whole hotel.. better you guys should advertise as a halal hotel in muscat.. please..the person who did check in us is like a police sitting in the counter,, like blackmail person... never ever again to this property

The stay was very pleasant. Hotel is very neat and clean. and also its rate were really affordable. On my return, will definitely stay back in this hotel.

Ett trevligt hotell med närhet till olika smårestauranger och mataffärer, precis vad vi önskade. Parkering precis utanför hotellet.

Very nice hotel, close to a supermarket and walking distance from the big malls and the bis stop to go to Ruwi. The staff is very kind

Good Hotel in central location and walking distance to various vendors. Free breakfast and free parking. Will stay again.

Nice and pleasant

All’arrIvo la signora addetta alla reception ha contestato la prenotazione. Innanzitutto non riconosceva le date di soggiorno, quando check e check-out erano segnati in modo ineccepibile in due lingue, sul foglio di promemoria. Ovviamente voleva farci pagare la differenza. Poi ha contestato la prenotazione di nostra figlia di 14 anni che sul sito è considerata bambino e da loro adulto. Così abbiamo pagato la differenza per il terzo letto. La stanza non era la stessa della prenotazione ( non siamo assolutamente riusciti a capire perché non poteva mettere il terzo letto in una camera di 32 metri con letto king come risulta dalla prenotazione) Così eravamo sistemati in 3 letti separati, con le valigie a terra in una stanzetta con dotazione e servizi essenziali, come il sapone e la carta igienica, scarsi per 2 persone ( anche se avevamo pagato il terzo adulto). Inoltre la stessa signora si è rifiutata di stamparci la carta d’imbarco per il volo di ritorno. Fortunatamente la sera cambiava il personale della reception. In sintesi hotel da evitare in una città con servizi ottimi e persone veramente squisite

First upon arrival tried to say reservation was for only one and wanted more money. This hotel has all the facilities for a very good hotel but the room maintenance left a lot to be desired- didn’t clean bathroom some days, soap was inadequate, tv difficult to operate, breakfast buffet left something to be desired- and Saran Wrap covered dishes instead of covered bowls. Coffee was only instant.

Staff was friendly and nice.

Das Hotel war sauber und gut. Leute waren hilfsbereit und nett. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Lage war zentral!

Eenvoudig te bereiken en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is wel eenvoudig.

Staying was regular. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing and the smell of cigarette was pretty much.

Service and breakfast not upto the mark. Breakfast was cold . Swimming pool not well maintained. Location is good

Nettes Hotel in einem Vorort. Ca. 950 m bis zur Bushaltestelle zum Airport oder Innenstadt.

Not too far from the beach. Clean, comfortable, good selection of restaurants near by, as is the Avenues Mall of Oman. The pool area was often very quiet which meant it was nice and relaxing. The WiFi came and went in the room.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel
