Old Hotel with good staff

You get what you pay for

The bed and bed sheets smell of cigarette smoke, bathtub has grime and filth when the water level reached the bubblers. There were no slippers available. However, the service was great. The staff made sure I was taken care of.

Staff is very friendly

Good hotel in Juffair, I stayed in a very large and clean room but with the only flaw being the window which did not close properly because it was broken. The staff and security were very kind. The hotel is generally a bit noisy until 2am, on the ground floor, middle floors (6/7/8) and on the twentieth floor there are restaurants, clubs, pubs, games room, so it is very convenient if you are looking for some nightlife.

As ever our first choice of hotels in Jafar. Great value outstanding staff and great central location.

The room seemed like it had been smoked in. I have asthma and I would not have booked it had I known. The room was not very clean. The sheets felt like they were not in good condition. I checked out one day early because of these issues.

Good location although diva hotel is a night life hotel with multiple restaurants and bars in it. Would be better if gym open more hours. Rooms smelt like smoke but some more than others. Opening windows helped. Staff nice and helpful. We borrowed an adaptor from them without charge.

Although we only ever book a room and not with meals, the Diva provides first rate service, its central to the other areas that we visit. Great room service menu and very friendly staff.

Everything was great but I didn't have a car and so I didn't see everything I wanted to see.

Great staff. Vijay in housekeeping is very professional and a great ambassador.
