We have just returned from two lovely weeks at La Pointe Villas, and would book to stay here again in a heartbeat. We stayed in the 4 bed property which was as pictured, kept clean by the daily maid service in good working order. Any issues are swiftly dealt with and sorted. The pool was divine and in such a lovely setting, being off the main road also means it is quiet. It is the perfect base to explore, with beautiful beaches within walking distance and a nearby corner shop as well as a few spots to eat. The big supermarket is in about 6k away - a short and cheap bus journey or a quick drive if you have your own car. The kitchen was full of useful bits for self catering which was really helpful. Richard was a fabulous host, who was always available to chat, he sorted transfers and tours for us and was just what we needed for our first time on the island. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we really appreciated all his help and knowledge.

This was my second visit and it was just as enjoyable. It was a bit quieter than the last time as it was low season.

The best thing regarding La Pointe Villas was Richard, the manager. He gave excellent service & went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Very friendly and always accessible.

Richard and his team are so friendly and helpful. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Very peaceful, we had a fabulous holiday. Richard was always available to have a chat and offer advise on how to get the best out of our time on the island

We highly recommend. The villa is peaceful and quiet. Also very clean and well maintained. We will definitely choose La Pointe Villas for future trips!

Great and amazing property manager (Richard) made the stay like we were at home. Apartment is enough for a family of four with no issues. Cleaned every other day and we were able to get our clothes washed for a very good price. Please note that this is a self-catered apartment, but there is a small grocery store nearby with a small stall for fresh fruits and Mauritian breakfasts.

Facilities were very good and Richard was wonderful and really made us feel welcome.

Richard, the manager is a very pleasant person, and helpful with most if not all small and major services. Highly recommended place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Pointe Villas. Richard (the owner) was there to greet us on our arrival and our departure (which was 5 am), and to assist with the suitcases. There was secure parking inside the property. The room was cleaned every day and nothing was too much trouble for Richard and his staff who were very friendly. The pool was spotless and the garden was lovely as well. Richard does offer dinners as an extra so if you feel like staying at the apartment and having dinner on your private patio overlooking the pool, it's very enjoyable. Highly recommend these apartments.

The manager was so friendly and very helpful. I thought the bed mattresses were too hard and uncomfortable and I’m guessing they are old and probably need replacing.

Our time in la pointe villas was amazing Richard welcome us and make our staying excellent room was clean every day shop and bus was so easy to get to , what was nice we meet the owner Mr George ,the help and the support Mr George give us was cant put in to words all we can said what a gentelman, We going to Mauritius every years and alway booked with Expedia and we alway get the best advice from the team , was recommed about this villas last year ,not sure what happen, yes i think we will be our number one villas , customer service is our no one we like to thanks Richard , Sweet lady that clearn our room every day , the guy that keep the pool ,and the garden to the high level clearness and had time to talk and nothing was too much for him, most of all Mr George and his famiys

Richard has been good host and been around for all help and info. Also, property has been well looked after by all staff.

Good location and cute ambience. Wifi problem was sorted out soon. Richard is friendly. There should be a reception desk/ a better communication.

In general the place is good. But some things should be improved like the water temperature in the shower is not constant, animals get in the room because there is no insect screen on the windows. I found a lizard and 2 gross huge cockroaches. I didn’t know that housekeeping doesn’t provide more than one toilet paper roll and that I had to buy it. The hairdryer can’t be used because the plug doesn’t fit in any socket but fine since it’s summer you can let your hair dry itself. The mattress is too hard for me but I didn’t have any back pain so it’s good. The area is quiet and feels safe.

We had an amazing time at the villas. Everything was beautiful amd clean. The owner and stagg went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I am definitely recommending them to everyone!!

Most suitable for a weeks stay. The location is easy access to the town and the beach os walking distance. The facility is looked after by Richard. He is able to offer good advice and nothing is too much trouble. When I return, I will ensure that we utilize this well maintained establishment

Lovely location and the villa is perfect. The only down side was the Wi-fi was very poor
