Nice staf

Had a great stay at Nexus. Friendly staff in a clean, well maintained facilities. Had a couple of minor issues during my stay which detracts from the overall grade. Would definitely stay there again.

the service and standard was ok, but not impressive for the price and for what was advertised.

Management and staff are very nice and understanding. Cleaning staff are always cleaning and maintaining the property. Breakfast has lots of options and the restaurant is very good

I travelled to Addis Ababa for business and I stayed at the Swiss Inn. It's a wonderful hotel with beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and most importantly for me a warm shower. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and an 8th floor restaurant and bar with wonderful views of the city. If you are travelling to Addis Ababa for business or leisure and you are looking for a great hotel at a good price, I would highly recommend the Swiss Inn.

Has a very nostalgic feel to it. the customer relations representative, Selemawit was fantastic and assured our stay was extremely pleasant.

The place was cozy, staff were attentive, food was great. Everything you need all under one roof. I felt safe, welcomed and treated well. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.

The room is smells and the shower doesn’t work well on the 7th floor. I was staying in this hotel 3times before it was very good food staff and hospitality but now I give it 4 out of ten

Clean rooms great staff but I was charged $20 Per day Extra for 2 adults and pool rules are ridiculous

I liked everything about Nexus. I have stayed there two times before. The staff is great and helpful. The food is wonderful.

This is a very good hotel for Addis Ababa. The internet was very reliable and well planned throughout the hotel, which is not usual in Ethiopia :). The food and lobby bar service was quite good. Across the street is an amazing "cutural" restaurant with the live traditional dances and very good Ethiopian food.

I don’t know what happened i staid at this hotel every year this year it is tarable
