酒店秩序井然，设施、花园、卫生等各方面维护都很好，看得出管理层很用心，而且总会热情地打招呼问候及了解顾客感受和需要改进的地方。酒店位置离石头城很近，景色很美，有水上活动中心和马厩可以划船骑马，还有自行车可以骑到高尔夫球场去玩，当然可以打一场高尔夫看看。有小块海滩比较远一点，也不适合海里游泳，想玩海滩的听说岛北部比较合适。只是休闲的话还是很推荐的

Friendly stafff friendliness and wanting to do something extra. It wasn’t the season for families though I did see a number of smaller children enjoying themselves.

We loved Seacliff Resort in Zanzibar! This beautifully maintained property boasts lush gardens and a perfect beachfront. When my partner fell ill, staff like Ashley, Debora, Doreen, Sarah, Anna, and Salum provided exceptional care for a quick recovery. A very quiet location with a beautiful view of the sea and a lovely walk way to another bar. All staff were fantastic ans very helpful, cheerful and willing to help. (Even joing in our game of table football)! Good variety of food and drink each day. Horseriding, mini golf, table tennis, pool, darts and tennis available. The beach near the pizza shack needs sorting out though, just clear up the rubbish and old seaweed -It could be a beautiful spot!

Really run down and very bad service at check in and generally.

The food and drink quality for this premium priced resort was pretty bad. The dining area is pretty poorly maintained and the variety and quality of the food is poor. Also when we got back from the resort, I found a cockroach in my bag…

Well maintained , large expensive property, quiet , excellent staff , good food

It is OK if you want to just relax and it is close to the ferry terminal, compared to other hotels. But I would say, there is no beach for you to enjoy at all. I won't come back here next time I travel to Zanzibar.

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr gutes Personal - störend war, dass uns beim Einchecken der eigentlich zustehende Upgrade nicht vergeben wurde, da keine Zimmer verfügbar. Hatte aber den ganzen Aufenthalt den Eindruck, dass entsprechende Zimmer leer standen.

The property was on a cliff by the ocean, very scenic! The management and staff were rude, disrespectful, and thoughtless. Traveled on my husband’s birthday and check in took over an hour as they couldn’t locate the expedia booking. Did nothing special for the husband’s birthday, even on request. Meanwhile the airport hotel we stayed at night before noticed that the husband was traveling on bday and surprised us with a song for him next morning. Beds were uncomfortable and creeky and real bad pillows. Stray cats all over the property.

The grounds of the hotel is very well kept. The staff are all very nice and friendly always willing to help. My husband and I had a very pleasant stay

Pros: nice grounds on the property, lush and green, nice room with ocean view and soaking tub, delicious menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, spa services have affordable prices and Lucy gave a fantastic deep tissue massage and the plunge pool was in a nice quiet area. Cons: not a swimmable beach, pool hours 7am-7pm and inconsistent service during meal time. Consistently waiting over 15 minutes for silverware and drink orders and not clearing plates. This was frustrating, especially when it was not during busy hours.

The spa services was excellent the food was Good, Room was ok amd so generally all the services were up to the expectations execpt for the fact that they don't have mobile money payment method which is very convenient especially on holidays and weekends..what if the one looses his or her Atm card but has money on their mobile app. They need to have a mobile money payment method for convenience. 7 out of 10.👍

Beautiful resort with extremely friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Food is delicious. Lovely property thats immaculately maintained. Beautiful sunsets.
