I do love the hotel. It is located in the city center. The cost of going from the airport to the hotel is reasonable. It is about 1500 VUV. The hotel includes a beautiful breakfast. The omelette is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, you can swim till 10PM at night. Towels can be borrowed from the reception. The view is major.

酒店地址很好，海边，毗邻市场和CBD,离机场车程10分钟左右。 酒店房间不是很大，所谓的双床标间，床铺很窄。但是每个房间都有个小阳台很好。打扫房间的瓦努阿图大妈不是很尽责，房间清洁不如国内酒店干净。 据说此酒店是中国建的。不知建筑年代，有些设施略有老化趋势。 赌场不大，烟熏火燎。

No communication at all.

Breakfast was very inconsistent when they had bigger function on inhouse they put a bit of effort into buffet. Some staff were really amazing but management was poor

We were upgraded to the top level from our panoramic room booking. It looks like this room was recently renovated. Great views to irikiri & beyond. Would recommend going elsewhere for food. We had the buffet breakfast & the offering was pretty poor for the price.

We found the room got too hot as air conditioner wasn’t working properly

The corner suite is a great look! The finishes are extremely dated

Hotel and staff were fab, our only issue was the pool was out of action for maintenance. I know this needs to be done but when a main part of your holiday plans was to laze around a pool it did put a dampener on things. You could go over to Iririki Island to have a swim in the pool but at $25 per person it’s not feasible for the duration of the holiday. Vouchers should have been offered, or at least an email explaining and giving the option to rebook somewhere else.

The Hotel and location are great, our issue was that next door to the hotel is a shipping dock and a shipyard, a barge was continuously running a bilge pump, and the ship yard continuously banging on the hull renovating an old ship, in turn very noisy during the day and night especially if out on the balcony.

Great hotel with a historic feel. Rooms appear to be recently renovated and clean. The staff are amazing. Every single one had the biggest and most welcoming smile. Really enjoyed my stay.

Hôtel demandant une complète rénovation. Exception faite de la piscine, chambres, réception, restaurant etc tout est à moderniser. Personnel gentil et souriant mais totalement inefficace et peu crédible. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel.

Lift was smelly snd lights not working on one Cleaning not thorough - bed not touched Concierge not helpful with bags

This is a perfect spot to stay in the heart of Vila. Close to the markets and an easy walk to all that Vila has to offer. The pool and pool area are a great place to relax with a cold tusker. Like all places in Vanuatu, the staff is what makes the stay special. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was also fantastic. Overall I would recommend if you want to stay in the heart of Vila.

Needs a lot of help, currently it’s just a place to stay and, to be honest, not worth it.

We have stayed at the grand on several occasions.Imagine our surprise when we walked into our room to find we had nothing to put our clothes in. On previous visits they had storage space ie a dresser with the tv on top ,This time tv on the wall no storage.In the managements wisdom they supply one luggage rack we had two suitcases and had to request another rack.We spent our week living out of a suitcase I can only hope the hotel is awaiting delivery of suitable storage furniture.Some additional irritants a casino filled with noxious cigarette smoke and a problem with water supply. Outlook disappointed has been much better in the past.
