Decision about of location in Batumi depends from the purpose of the trip . Location for business and leisure purposes are different. The hotel is fire from historic center but in good easy reachable place in the city. Swimming pool, SPA, walking distance to the sea are also the benefits.

Good breakfast, not best location in the city but good balcony landscape and good staff.

Good place with SPA/ swim inning pool all year open until late tune that make you independent from wether in Batumi.

The property has a great location quite near the sea side and the hustle of casinos and clubs. Overall had a wonderful stay, the staff is quite eager to help out the guests. Must mention 1 staff in particular Rama Rakio or Rama Razioko if I am correct who did out of the way help. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast platter was quite decent, must say. Overall, a wonderful property to stay whether you are staying with family or friends.

Otel temiz ve düzenliydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Odamızın balkon kapısı bozuldu ve iki kez oda değişimi yaptılar. Manzara da deniz kısmında harika.

Staff was great, didn’t have a chance to try amenities and breakfast but room is nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. Layout is weird, for example the nightstand of one of the beds is near feet since there is no other place for it, carpet is stained everywhere, marks on the walls, etc. Also, the description says it is 3 min from the beach. Maybe if you can go through construction sites and walls but in actuality it looks more like 10 min.

Fabulous. Staff — kind, generous, helpful Food — delicious Location — terrific. No problem getting around. Cleanliness — no problems. No bed bugs. No stains. No dirt. Very comfy and cozy. Overall the experience was positive. I will stay here again upon a future return to Batumi.

Odamız temizdi ,balkonu denize bakıyordu ,hava soğuk olduğu için odamız ısınmakta zorlandı . Spa,fitness ve saunaya gitme şansım olmadı . Kahvaltısı idare ederdi . Çalışanlar kibar ve güleryüzlü . Şehrin merkezinde , yürüyerek 30 dakikada sahil şeridinden ali ve nino heykeline varılabilir . İsterseniz otel önüne bolt uygulamasından araç çağırabilirsiniz. 4,5 lari ye ali ve nino ya gidebilirsiniz .

Everything is great, clean everywhere, central location

Nice and solid hotel close to the major attractions of the new town as well as old town. Good breakfast with nice view.

Clean and safe

Stayed here on a previous trip, was good then, was even nicer this time because of the sea view room, which is nice to sit on the balcony and watch the area light up at night. As before, this hotel is convenient if you dont want be too central and like walking; its about 5 minutes walk to the boulevard then about 25-35mins from there to the center. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was pretty decent...as is the price for a stay in this hotel...would definitely recommend and stay again in a future trup.

The door panel fell off the front door and could have seriously injured me and the staff was totally casual about it!!!

Good location if you like walking. About 25 minutes on foot to 'center'. And 5 minutes to the sea. Rooms are good size with balcony offering a decent views..but make sure to get sea view, or else it's pretty poor. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a roof restaurant but never got chance to try. Overall a good stay, and would stay again in the future
