nice beach, nice room, but one night no electricity and no water ,so we cannot take shower. And the most important thing are they are not honest! They try to charge us in different way, they send us the bill before check out, it said we order coconut in the bar that we never visit , it said we took the chocolate from mini bar which we never take. then we explained to the reception and settled. When I back to home for a few weeks later, we received bank statement, the hotel charge our room rate again, but we paid to expedia already! Then I report to expedia, expedia said the hotel didn't reply them.Really? it's over one month still no reply?! Now I hope expedia /hotel can refund to me if they are wrongly charge instead of stealing customer's money from credit card. otherwise , if ppl want to stay at this hotel should think before u stay, DOUBLE charge! i m not the only one

Ein wunderbares und schönes Hotel. Da und dort etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird aber rücksichtsvoll für die Gäste renoviert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer Terrasse und direktem Zugang zum lediglich 20 Meter entfernten Strand (eigentlich lag unser Zimmer direkt am Strand). Das war ein Highlight und absolut zu empfehlen. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt. Alles in allem ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Vor allem beim Servicepersonal sind uns Jerome und Silvana sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Die Küche ist hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen und das Dreigängemenü am Abend lassen keine Wünsche offen. In den drei Wochen waren wir zweimal im Spa und haben nebst Sauna auch Massagen gebucht. Shika und Kasana haben uns hervorragend im Spa begleitet. Eigentlich ist um 11:30 Uhr Checkout. Das Management hat uns aber einen Late-Checkout ermöglicht und so konnten wir vor unserem Abflug die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels bis zur Abreise am frühen Abend geniessen. Vielen lieben Dank, Youna und dem Management. Ein Urlaub im Seasense Boutique Hotel & Spa ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Good hotel, decent food options from half board package

Fantastisk ophold hvor billederne levede op til alt - og mere til! Service niveauet var sublimt og der var vitterligt ikke en finger at sætte på noget.

Eine sehr gelungene und ruhige Anlage- übersichtlich. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Großes Frühstücksbüfett und Abendessen sehr aufwendig. Wer Abendessen mit bucht muss sich mit einfacheren Essen abfinden. Jederzeit kann ein Upgrade genommen werden. Preise sind sehr sportlich, vor allem für Aktivitäten und Spa. Sich unbedingt nach Alternativen umschauen.

Bel établissement et belle plage. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Bon Petit déjeuner par contre les repas du soir n’étaient pas à notre convenance.

The staff and general service levels were superb. Nothing was too much trouble. It's situated on a nice beach with a good sea swimming area. The rooms were clean and modern. Highly recommended.

All staff was very friendly and not over the top so you feel very comfortable. We stayed in the Royal Sea suite and the private pool is definitely a wonderful luxury. You are also on the edge of the resort so you get more privacy. Food was great, they accommodate dietary requirements ... nothing to fault. And did I mention the view is just stunning?

The hotel is beautiful and well kept , the staff are so welcoming and obliging every guest is treat like a v.i.p I have never stayed anywhere that has given such a personal service as they do . I haven’t enough words to praise Seasense hotel the place and staff are simply amazing . I strongly recommend it ...

Perhaps the most beautiful and comfortable room we’ve ever had in many years if travel. Staff very friendly, but suggest a handout that repeats the large amount of info given on the welcome tour. We missed the dinner dress code and were confused about dining arrangements in general.

The hotel was absolutely stunning and I literally had the best holiday in my life :) The food was amazing and very reasonably priced and the customer service is just phenomenal. This is what t means to be customer centric!! They offer whatever the customers ask for (additional towels, bottle of water) and they go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We were staying at another 5-star hotel before coming to Seasense but the quality of the food, the staff, the rooms and the beach was just miles away. I would love to stay at this hotel again!!

Ett mysigt boutiquehotel. Det mesta var väldigt bra, men eftersom detta skulle vara 5-stjärnigt har jag lite synpunkter. Det var verkligen beroende på vilken personal man mötte om man fick bra service eller inte. Då vi kom möttes vi av en otrevlig kvinna som varken sa hej, välkommen eller såg till att någon tog hand om våra väskor. Sedan visades vi gudskelov runt av en annan mycket glad och trevlig kvinna och så fortsatte det. Första kvällen vid middagen var outstanding medan personalen en annan kväll glömde allt, kom med drinken till förrätten och vinet till desserten och till och med storgrälade med höga röster precis bredvid oss. Det blev ingen lugn och trevlig middag. Det var stopp i avloppet och luktade unket. En kväll fungerade inte air condition. Inte ett 5-stjärnigt hotell som jag är van vid.

Good location and well laid not but could do with better separation between Smokers and Diners in the evening.

The resort is beautifully located in a what seems like a private lagune at a stunning beach, good for long walks or runs. As it is on the more laid back east coast you can find it sometimes windy, so it is luckily never extremely hot. The place exceeded my expectations based on the pictures and impressions I got from the hotel webpage. Upon my arrival I was already expected, got a warm welcome from the front desk staff, and also the magament was there to say hello. Right after the immidiate quick + personalized check-in I got all necessary information, was shown the resort on the way to my room. Also the check-out was very convenient and easy and I could get a late check-out. Troughout my stay (10 days) I could experience a staff who really cares about their guests, from housekeeping, restaurant + bar service, front office to the management. Always someone ready to help and serve ones wishes/needs. The front desk was very helpful in planning /organizing some island tours for me. It also was arranged that I could stay one night on the not less stunning Chalets Chamarel (spectacular view). One gets all 5 Star Hotel amenities, such as daily essentials, complimentary Wi-fi, gym, bikes, local live music at dinner; I also want to mention the outstanding menu and lovely presentation of the food. Although, it would be nice to have some vegetarian options, which you certainly get upon request. It was easy to enjoy holidays. Thanks for a memorable experience!
