For the all-inclusive it didn’t feel like we had many options for how much we paid. Limited food options and times on drinking. Also not much to do at the actual hotel. The ambience/scenery was nice and the hotel is clean but outside of that I didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth for how much I spent on the room and for all inclusive.

Beautiful hotel the food was amazing. Only negative the staff wasn’t as friendly or warm as normally Jamaicans would be but overall pleasant stay.

This hotel is very relaxing for someone who wants a quiet vacation. There are no crazy parties, loud bands, or wild events. There were always plenty of loungers and umbrellas around the pool, as well as the beach. The food and bar service is a bit slow but not too inconvenient. There are several restaurants that allow you to order à la carte but you need a reservation. The buffet is nice and the food is good. I just wish there was a bit more variety from day to day. We would consider going there again. There was nothing about our experience that would exclude us from visiting this resort for a future trip.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and probably would stay here again. My boyfriend & I stayed for one week for vacation. The room, hotel, hallways, bathrooms were always shining clean. The hotel service staff were lovely and the inside bartender was very kind. The pool bar staff kind of seemed like they were always in a rush & never overly nice to us but they were fine; you know? The pool bar service is rather slow but the drinks and food from there were great. The food in the buffet was shockingly good. At first glance it doesn’t look the greatest but it was so full of flavour and always hot/fresh. The dining staff were all very kind & prompt. The restaurants were incredible and the service was great. The hotel rooms themselves are very clean and get cleaned as much or a as little as you want. The bed itself was a tad hard for us and the pillows aren’t the best but we loved the ocean front room and the balcony. The beach is public so the hotel really has no say what goes on there but it was clean for the most part and comfortable. The water trampolines were hilarious.

Room was amazing, it was so amazing we could stay in the bathroom. The abundance of food and drinks were top notch. The amenities were great from the pool to the beach. The service the waitresses, concierge, the welcoming party were 10 out of 10. Im ready to go back ASAP!

Loved everything about this property. We were there for 6 days and enjoyed every minute. The property is beautiful, clean and safe. The staff was very attentive and the food was excellent. It would be nice to have full length mirrors in the rooms and another towel station near the pool.

My overall stay was ok. There’s a few things that I would love to see be a bit better for the facility. They charge an arm and a leg to make local calls which if you’re calling locally it should be free. They should make it easily accessible for the guest to make reservations to the restaurants before coming to the hotel.

We will definitely be back. Staff was so friendly and professional. We loved the hotel and everything about it!

The service in each of the restaurants was exceptional. The service at the pool was exceptional too. The food at each restaurants was very good. Our room was clean and the view of ocean from our room was amazing!
