taking too much time to check out, very inefficient and hotel staffs are not well trained

房間wifi連接不到 酒店的I.T. 上來修理完仍是不能運作

Suite size and its amenities were excellent. Staff are very cordial and helping even though there was a language problem. Great choice of foods in the breakfast and dinner buffet. Great property at a reasonable cost.

Was given a free upgrade of room to Deluxe King (I believe) upon checking in. The gym was reasonably equipped but was a bit stuffy without any feel of the aircon. And no towel and water disoenser will be provided at the gym, so be sure to bring your own towel from the room and a bottle of water when you hit the gym. The doorman was very helpful with the call for a cab upon my departure and kindly asked me to retreat back to hotel lobby for a seat and comfort (it was a hot day!) and he would ask for me when my ride arrive. Will choose to stay there again if the rates are reasonable. KFC next door runs 24/7, so i was able to grab a bite when i was feeling the hunger pang after 11pm

連休だから混んでいたのか、朝食時に空いてる席が無く困りました。便利な立地です。近くにお店もあります。アイロンを使ったら、服が汚れてしまいました。アイロン台が汚れていたようです。

バスタブがあるとよかった。

Excellent service by the hotel staff, a very pleasant 2 night stay. great location near the Line 2 nanjing metro ( 2 minute walk). Shopping center right next to the hotel makes things super convenient!

Clean room, good services. Front desk manager is a nice guy who solves problems. Good location and good facilities. Please note Chinese residence must present Chinese ID Card (Shenfen zheng) to stay. Chinese passport cannot be used for check -in.

Arrived late for check-in, surprisingly got upgraded to exective suite. Hotel staff were very nice and courteous.

VERY SPACIOUS ROOM !!! BREAKFAST BUFFET IS NOT BAD, BUT NOT EXCELLENT !! OVERALL RECOMMENDED !!!

호탤은 깨끗하고, 객실은 5성급보다 떨어지지.않습니다. 하지맘 주변에 편의점이 없는점은 아쉽습니다
