Very nice, very clean and so big of the room. Amazing holiday where stayed in the Westin.

一到酒店就不舒服，行李先叫我们自己停车到停车场再回来办理入住。办理时间很慢，给我们1305房间，一进门就闻到很难闻的霉味，开了空调和风扇，一个小时后才发现空调不工作，打电话给前台投诉，他们过了一个小时才派人过来看，最后又通知工程部派人检修，最后没办法才同意帮我们换房，在这个过程中没有任何领导到场协调。我们浪费半天时间，而且房间设施质量很差，卫生也不好，化妆镜上的灰尘好像几年都没有清理过。

Nydelig rom, fantastiske ansatte som hjalp oss med alt vi spurte om. Veldig god mat på resorten og flotte basseng. Fantastisk service av alle som jobbet der. Fra de i resepsjonen, på serveringene, ved bassenget og de som gjorde rent på rommet. Helt nydelig opphold

Chambre attribuée qui n'était pas celle réservée, on nous endort à nous offrir des surprises dans la chambre comme un gateau d'anniversaire de mariage alors quil est dans 6 mois ! Ménage à désirer, chambre pas faite à 17h !!!

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und die Betten sind super komfortabel, im Bad gab es viel Platz und ausreichend Handtücher. der Service in allen Bereichen war sehr zuvorkommend und es wurde immer Wert auf unser Wohlbefinden gelegt. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die direkte Lage am Meer ist toll.

Older property, but very beautiful! Rooms were clean and the grounds were also well maintained. Gorgeous swimming pools! Although rooms are reasonably priced, the hotel restaurants are not! The breakfast buffet was decent and included in our hotel stay.

Dejligt ophold. Værelset var skønt, Fantastisk smuk udsigt og med udgang direkte til stranden. Gode restauranter, venligt personale, ikke overfyldt.

The place was overcrowded with mosquitoes, and the room was infested. The language barrier was another issue, and some of the services were slow.

Prachtig hotel. Junior suite ruime kamer, ruime badkamer met bad en douche. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Geweldige locatie. Meer dan echte aanrader!

I had a terrible experience at the Westin Turtle Bay in Mauritius. After dining at the Seasonal Tastes buffet, I suffered a severe food poisoning that left me bedridden for an entire day and unwell for several more. The only “support” the hotel offered was two Imodium tablets, and they refused any form of compensation. My stay was completely ruined by this violent illness, and I later learned that other guests were even hospitalized for dehydration. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. I will never return and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Service pas au niveau. des personnes très gentilles mais incapable de répondre clairement aux questions. j'étais déjà venu, le service a nettement baissé. et c'est très énervant le signe pour nous saluer. le personnel passe son temps à faire cela.

Personnel irréprochable, gentillesse, etc….chambre impeccable, vraiment merci à toutes les équipes du Westin👍👍👍👍

Beautiful setting and landscaping. Staff are brilliant, friendly and attentive and not in your face. Spa was great. Recommend ‘water shoes’ for the beach as it’s a coral beach, it’s beautiful, the shoes will enhance the experience

Un hôtel au superbe accueil, un très joli décor , une literie extraordinaire. Nous avons aimé le côté à la fois grand mais à dimension humaine.

Tolle Unterkunft. Hier hat alles gepasst. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Toller Pool. Tolles Buffet, hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es werden kostenlose Wasseraktivitäten wie Schnorcheln angeboten. Wir können es empfehlen.

Cet hôtel est merveilleux, les repas sont excellents, la literie est parfaite, le lieux est magnifique. Un petit bemol sur l'organisation qui a été résolu très vite par l'équipe à 2 reprises.

The most amazing hotel we have both stayed in. The views and location are incredible.. the ocean view rooms are stunning, spacious with large balconies. The food was amazing.. even the buffet was great. We ate at each restaurant once and loved every one. The staff are absolutely outstanding. The most respectful, helpful and friendly people.. nothing was too much effort for them. We had the privilege of dining at ocean vista one evening where we got engaged… the sommelier allowed my fiancé to open the champagne with a sabre and gave us the cork as a memento. The only slight negative we have… when we checked in they noticed it was my birthday while we were there and said they would decorate the room and asked what flavour cake we wanted… unfortunately neither of these things happened which we were disappointed with. Overall an incredible stay and we will 100% be back!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience celebrating her birthday. I would like to give a special mention to Shivani who was very warm and welcoming character. Additionally I would like to give a special mention to Vivek. I think he needs to be fast tracked to management and is an invaluable member of your team. Overall the experience in Mauritius & the Westin hotel was amazing and I look forward to returning
