not fare from the airport and main business area, staff friendly but somehow nosily in the morning.

Bad memory for they introduce me a bad safari tourism agency who cheated me 100usd dollar.better they stop the cooperation with them.or they will lose more customer.the hotel is over valued.it is said 4 star.but I may think just 3 star.the room too small and every thing is too old.so it looks not too clean.breakfast taste not good.after the safari cheated us I changed my hotel and then got a really good one

Very good experience

Nice hotel, clean room. Good value for the price. The food was good. Great location, close to the city center. I stayed at the Heron for 11 days. I got to know some of the staff. Alex and Bob at reception were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The dinning/cafe staff, Daniel, Alex, Emily, Felix and Bashasha were courteous and friendly and great customers service. I would definitely stay at the Heron again.

Hotellet och servicen var ok, men hotellet låg väldigt ensamt och fanns inget att göra utanför hotellet på gångavstånd. Man fick inte lämna hotellet efter 18.00 utan att ta taxi så man var isolerad på hotellet och maten på hotellet var dyr och tog extremt lång tid att få.

A very good place to stay, and great value for money.

Pool was warm in the morning, and Gym and Spa staff were terrific.

The property was clean and neat. The swimming pool was perfect, and the spa and gym staff very friendly. We will be back for sure.

Customer service is 10/10, also is good location close to malls , classy restaurants. I would recommend to everyone that visiting to Nairobi .

Excellent rooms, customer service and location

Good but Terrible internet acces. Dont go there if need internet for your work.

Heron Court is scoring high on friendliness and good service. Convenient location in quiet area, - and still within short walking distance from city center (CBD). Breakfast simple but sufficient, the cafeteria is pleasant, .. Cons: The bed was on harder side for me, and except for early in morning "hot" water in shower was luke warm (at best). All-in-all: Heron Court remains my "home away from home" in Nairobi.

Som tidligere kunde en rekke ganger, visste jeg hva jeg gikk til: Hyggelig hotell med veltrent betjening. Rolig og sentral beliggenhet med det meste av nødvendige fasiliteter innen hotellet. Cred til David Mwaniki og hans smilende team. Bare et minus fra min side - en personlig sak: Seng/ madrass litt for hard.
