The interior design is excellent. The room is very big and the hotel pays attention to details - even the towels have a very pleasant scent. Will definitely go back if I return to Quito in the future.

From the beginning, the rooms were amazing. The front entrance was spotless. The breakfast was awesome. The location can’t be any better.

Great breakfast

The rooms and facilities are in excellent condition except the bathroom is weird. There is a step to climb into the bath tub which makes it exceedingly dangerous and the tub is very slippery. Since it is located in Quito , a high altitude area, when I suffered a high latitude sickness attack, i was unpleasantly surprised that the hotel has no oxygen tank for its guests readily available. Emergency medical ambulance waiting is 1 hour. That is a very serious health concern.

Hotel location is very convenient, close to everything, restaurants, metro station, and most of all safe location. Staff members are helpful and friendly.

The HVAC DIDN'T WORK. They didn't move us. We got locked outside on the pool deck because staff did not keep the door open for us, no way to contact the front desk. The design of the bathroom is bizarre. A sink tucked into a corner with the faucet and control coming out of the left side wall. There was one washcloth for two people and no place to hang the hand towel by the sink. The pillows are lumpy. The elevator floors had a bad smell. No one to help you hail a taxi.
