I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.

Breakfast could have been better

While I did appreciated the location and the fact that I could have visited the other resorts. I felt the breakfast could have been better in terms selection. Looking forward to the hotel upgrade.

Add more flavor to the food

Older traditional resort but well kept. Rooms spotless, great staff. Excellent breakfast including an assortment of local cuisine. Regular scheduled shuttle to the beachfront resort but only a 20 min easy walk. Local shops and supermarket next to hotel. Karaoke at the bar!

Felt very welcomed from the beginning to the end. Very helpful and attentive and they made sure all of my group was well taken care of.

The breakfast was fresh but limited in my opinion. I arrived before check in and was given a room which I'm grateful but it was on the ground floor right next to the main entrance to the hotel. Not ideal at all. Between cats, frogs, and geckos outside my patio door all day

BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC

Breakfast was amazing especially for a vegetarian! Lots of options. Quick walk to the beach and great activities for the kids! The Karaoke kept us laughing through the night. Will be back again!

The property was undergoing renovations but this was not distracting or problematic. The room while a bit on the older side was very well appointed and kept clean. The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The location was excellent especially when paired with the access to the Resort via the shuttle. I would highly recommend this hotel for good value. Close to KFC and a decent shopping area.

Breakfast lacks variety and the towels are not clan and often have dirty stains. The staff is pleasant.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast was a highlight—everything was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Plus, you can’t beat the location! It’s close to everything, which made it so easy to get around and explore.
