The room was okay but so many cockroaches.

In the room have a lot of cockroaches! The location from app is not the same with the real location. Staff make a loud noise Very bad experience!

Kamar yang dilantai 5 banyak kecoa dan tidak bersih. Pelayanan staf tidak ramah.

Dapat kamar persis menghadap ke arah jalan, terlalu bising tidak dapat tidur lelap. tidak dapat istirahat. Pas malam ke 2 minta pindah kamar, tapi katanya sudah penuh. Lantai kamar juga lengket, gelas minum juga lengket seperti tidak di cuci.
