Luxury hotel with excellent BF and good service

Hotel Tiama is centrally located and has decent service. The buffet is overpriced but you can have food delivered through Yango. The desk staff is not very friendly but they did give me a late checkout at no charge so I would use them again.

NIce, clean hotel with great service.

That was my first stay in Tiama Hotel and it was a good surprise as it is well located in Plateau but especially the service which was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for a week recently. It was close to my meetings and offered free airport transfers, so I booked the hotel. It did not disappoint. The staff was excellent and helpful—right from the staff who connects you at the airport. Comfortable beds and air conditioning worked. Good wi-fi. One of the evenings, there was a complimentary cocktail hour for the guests - that was cool.

Staff us very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is fair. Breakfast buffet is great.

L'hôtel est de bonne qualité. Le buffet petit déjeuner est vraiment bien avec un large choix. Une piscine, un bar extérieur où l'on peut travailler sans être déranger. Prestations de bon niveau sans être exceptionnelles.

Good old hotel. Excellent staff service.

El sistema de seguridad esta en un edificio aparte y cuando ingresa a la propiedad tiene que sacar todo el equipaje del vehiculo y pasarlo por el scanners volver a subir el equipaje al auto y llegar a las puertas del hotel y bajarlos nuevamente demasiado complicado y tedioso. Para completar en recepcion tienen el registro policiaco electronico que tarda mas que el documento en papel. Haciendo un proceso demasiado lento, luego de un viaje largo y uno necesita descansar.

Great place

The place is nice, but we really did not enjoy the night we spent there. The hotel was having a party at the pool the the load music was playing way past 1 am in the morning despite repeat requests to shut it off. This is really unacceptable for a 5 start hotel not to have quiet time policy and if they do have not to follow it. I will not recommend this place

Hotel très agréable avec un personnel très sympathique Mon dernier voyage daté de 7 ans et l hôtel a su se maintenir dans un excellent état ce qui pas forcément facile dans ces pays là

Hôtel 5 étoiles. Parfaitement placé au Plateau. Hôtel impeccable, sécurisé, propre, acceuil chaleureux. Très bon restaurant. Piscine et bar de la piscine impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées et très propre.

At every stage, from porter to front desk to dining, staff was outstanding! Receptionist and porter (Kevin) come to mind but all were great. Hotel is also very clean and comfortable. Kudos!
