My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest memories of Amsterdam.

It's a turly amazing hotel in Amsterdam. The room is cozy, warm. Location is very convient. You can do some cooking with foods you bought in the supermarket nearby hotel. 飯店很讚，很乾淨，非常寬敞舒適，有IH爐可以自己煮飯，附近有超市可以買食材，在房間內煮食物很享受。距離Amsterdam Centraal距離約10分鐘車程，房間內海景很讚，非常推薦。

Very good service

We absolutely loved staying at the July. Very beautiful space and location, nicely designed, mellow, and fun. The staff was happy to help and the morning beverages hit the spot. The food and drink menu didn't quite hit for me, and the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better, but they let us check in early so it evened out. We'd stay again and recommend to friends.

A beautifuulnproperty in a lovely community completely connected by public ( and in skme cases free) trsnsport. The ferry to central station is just a short walk from the campus. The hotel had a 5 star experience of quiet luxury which i think comes from the beautiful decor, the very lovely and helpful front desk staff and the overll condition of the property which is immaculate. Bring your tennis shoes so you can use one of the free bikes. Dont forget your bathing suit so that you can take a swim in the canal. Dutch-style.

Lukas of Luca I cant remember the name fully was such a refreshing face when checking in. I myself worked in a 4 star hotel and saw alot of similarities, he flawlessly checked us in and was super friendly offered us some advice in the city and we made some small talk. Props to him and the rest of the staff!

The entire staff were professional, extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel was a nice change from typical, and the surroundings interesting and nice.

Our stay was so relaxing On arrival the staff were so friendly and allowed us to check in early. They also explained the best way to get around Amsterdam without a car. All the staff were so helpful which made our stay even more relaxing. It was a sham we only stayed for three nights. I would definitely book to stay there again.

Unfortunately, the service at this hotel really falls flat. The rooms are cute and well decorated, bed is comfortable, all good on that end. But the service is very lacking. All the staff are very young and don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. The breakfast “buffet” was very lacking and the structure of it is so strange (you can get what you want from the tiny buffet area which is mainly yogurt and crossiants, then you order one thing off their menu which is omelettes, etc) but the service around that was awkward and uncomfortable. We tried dinner at the restaurant one night and kept getting the run around on where we could sit and who would be serving us. It was quite the mess. We even called down for more toilet paper once and it was never delivered - my husband had to go grab more downstairs a few hours later. You also have to reserve time at the gym and can’t just go whenever you want. Lots of strange things, but the room itself is very nice. They just really need to work on better service!

I've stayed here numerous times. Best deal in Amsterdam. Spacious, comfortable, & functional apartments right by the water - beautiful views. Food is fabulous. Courteous staff. Will be back many times.

This was our 10th time in Amsterdam and finally we found a hotel which we will book a 2nd time. Perfect room and nice view on the Harbour, the room was big and clean and there was nothing we missed. That hotel is a beautiful building and the staff is absolut professional.

Spacious and comfortable room. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. It was great having access to a bike to get around Amsterdam more quickly. The tram and bus stations were also quite close.

I loved the decor & quiet location this property is in. Small kitchen with ample amenities allowed us to not have to eat out every meal and we very much enjoyed that. Restaurant and staff were very kind, the atmosphere there was also lovely. While this property wasn’t in a “walkable” location, we loved the atmosphere, view and ambiance it provided. Ubers and Bikes can get you to the hustle and bustle.

Rooms were spacious. Service was great! Very responsive staff. Highly recommend this hotel for your future stay in Amsterdam.

Excellent property and room, great location on the water, even if it is a little away from the main tourist areas which are easy to get to by public transportation or long walks.

The menu at the Vessel is small and overly esoteric. Pretty poor, and we ate there 4 times. Further, wait staff was inattentive.

The room is lovely, spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping could be improved. The area is peaceful and near a supermarket and buses to get to central. It may be a little challenging to get cabs.
