The staff were very friendly and accommodating, plus the place is clean and nice. For a cheaper price, you can have a good place to stay and free delicious breakfast.

My stay at Ola Hostel in Manila was fantastic. The staff were extremely polite and considerate. I stayed in both a mixed dormitory and a private room and both options were extremely clean and well-maintained. The aircon worked great, Wi-Fi was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was really good and filling. The bar on the roof and happy hours are a bonus if you like to unwind in the evening. It's not far from the airport (7 km) and very close to major attractions in Manila like Intramuros, Binondo China Town, Bay area which is easily accessible from the 'Vito Cruz' LRT just 400 metres away. If you can explore, there are great food options nearby with variety of options with local street foods, to selection of fish, chicken and pork and the famous Jollibee too. Not to forget a Seven-Eleven and Alfa Mart is nearby too. The area is extremely safe to work at all hours even late in the night, since there is an Elite Art University nearby (De Salle-Benilde) which seems like a Uni for Rich Kids so the area is full of uni students staying nearby hence security is excellent in the area and you can walk unhindered at any time of the day. Considering all factors, I enjoyed my stay to the fullest and couldn't have found a better place in Manila. The only feedback is if there is a small reading light near the dormitory beds it would be very helpful:).

I'm sure Ola Hostel is one the best decision while staying in Manila a few days ago. Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good free breakfast, affordable price, good common room. And one of the best thing, they provide spacious, comfort, enjoyable and cheap food (drinks and meal) at roof top bar on 5th floor. Its very a good place to making new friends or hangout. Its highlight of this hostel. Minor problem : they just don't have lift so you need "extra energy" to walk upstairs with your luggages if you stay on 4th floor.
