The room is cozy. Excellent location with walking distance to subway stations. Several convenience stores nearby. Quiet and safe.

無論是人員的溝通或房間的清潔舒適度，都是我下次京都旅遊的首選。

非常舒服的住宿體驗，下次來京都市的首選。

整齊清潔、水壓夠，有小廚房、可自己煮食，比較可惜的是沒有洗衣機，可手洗後掛浴室，乾躁機烘乾，浴室空間算不錯的。下次會再選擇入住。

离地铁公交都很近 在一条安静的小路上，路口有日式快餐厅。 到的时候是上午前台没有人 ，用前台的电话打通 让我们自助存了行李，非常方便。 房间很大，就是沙发床太软了， 其他都非常好。 从酒店可以走着去二条城，本能寺遗迹也在附近， 附近的公交车可以去各个景点。离700米远有个很大的超市， 我们买了食材，公寓里有厨房。但是没有洗衣机。 非常推荐全家旅行。

友善的住宿, 房間很大, 獨立廁所和廚房. 完善的現代化空調設備、浴室乾暖房等設備. 廚房提供完善廚具碗盤等, 買外食或食材回來都很Ok! 第一次在日本自已水煮些當地食材, 很棒的體驗, 也有微波爐, 很棒!!

NO ROOM MAKE UP SERVICE , MORE LIKE A HOSTEL INSTEAD OF HOTEL. ALSO WASHROOM WATER TAP TAKES MORE THAN MINUTES TO HAVE HOT WATER, A WASTE OF WATER DURING WAITING TIME. FRYING PAN IS BURNED. NO DINING TABLE AND WASHING MACHINE IS BIT INCONVENIENT. OTHERWISE REST ARE FINE, CLEAN AND TIDY.

This is a pretty good　serviced apartment at a pretty good price. It was clean and had nice amenities. The room was great. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The area is fine, not much in the immediate area but very close to downtown and midtown. Conveniently located next to Subway Station.

Aside from the location which is a bit far from the tourist attractions, overall it was a great experience, the room is spacious & clean with all the facility we need.

This is really nice hotel for the price. It is at a good location in town, about a 5 minute walk from a station and with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very nice and helpful. Just know that the facility has bare minimum staff until around 1pm, and you cannot check in until 2pm. The room is really nice, it has a huge walk-in shower with a tub. It has a nice lounge area as well with free coffee. The staff is very nice and easy to communicate with. I can't believe the value this hotel was to stay at, just amazing.

Great hotel, staff and location. This was our second time there and enjoyed it very much.

Melhor hotel que ja fiquei. Mesmo a recepção funcionando apenas depois das 14h, tudo funciona, o quarto é absolutamente fantástico, principalmente para padroes japoneses (é enorme). Sempre que voltar a Kyoto ficarei aqui!

Impecável Simplesmente perfeito e Sensacional. Recomendo demais!!
