Lovely breakfast, wonderful dinning experience in Teppan and Molière Montagne, awesome in-room onsen, clean and very comfortable room and bed, a must try spa. Theres just nothing that i didn’t like about this stay at all.

房間舒適，服務優質。滑雪方便，雪具出租就在樓下，服務人員也會中文，真是太棒了

整體上都非常滿意，可以說是我咁多年來去旅遊最滿意的酒店。只有一個提議，就是浴室內的沐浴露和洗頭水等，只是一小瓶，如果換了大一點的就更好了。

房間十分大，非常整潔，員工態度友善有禮，鄰近附近的遊樂場步行距離十分方便，設施齊全整潔，與小朋友入住體驗十分享受

員工十分親切，景色優美，環境舒適，酒店附近有很多戶外活動可參與，期待下次再來😊

The hotel's facility is absolutely excellent. I really enjoyed the passion of service in the staff body, especially the manager called Athena Chen. She gave us a wonderful experience because she solved a lot of our concerns and problems we faced there. Definitely would revisit again.

Understaffed. Nearly impossible to get room clean outside of their schedule. I feel bad for their staff. The owner needs to step up and hire more than 3 cleaners.

The room we were upgraded to was superb! The staff were great and the breakfast buffet as always was delicious!! The ski in and out valet is second to none in Niseko!!

This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. It will be the most memorable stay for us and the view of Mount Yotei and in room onsen, was the icing on the cake. Even our room service meal was out of this world. A must visit for all.

Fantastic property, a place where you could really enjoy yourself and nature--a skiing spot for the winter not to be missed!

Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping team, and the Global Breakfast Staff were excellent, went above and beyond, great to speak to and interact with. They were all very kind and accommodating.
